"Seriously? I wanted Thai food." Leo complains. I kick him on the side.

"I went through the trouble of spending money on food and carrying the food. As well as the water which was on the other side of the mall; appreciate it." I snap. Leo holds his arms up in defense. The guys snicker at Leo which he points the finger in reply.

"Did you figure the thing yet?" I ask.

"Um, not yet." Leo scratches his head. "We got the translations, but they're scrambled. Again."

"You do realize, school finishes next week." I say, the guys shrug at me.

"Logan's not going to do shit. He procrastinates, like everybody else in this school." Leo explains. He eats his food and wipes the sauce dripping and eats his fries.

"Not when it comes to the internet. We always have time for that." Kelvin snickers. "It refreshes a guys mind. I'm pretty sure it refreshed Ryan last night, that's why he's acting like he just woke up from hell."

"Two words: Fuck you." Ryan throws his pizza slice at Kelvin.

"Aw, thanks for the slice. I was being nice today and not going to ask for a slice." Kelvin laughs.

"Nice, today. Never thought I'd hear those two in one sentence. Especially from that one." Daniel whispers to me.

"Couldn't agree more." I nod my head.

I find the key from my room and open the door. Just as I'm about to close it, I can hear shouting from next door. I take it's from Ian's room. I close it, thinking it's rude to eavesdrop. "Fuck you, Ian. You were supposed to give it here, I gave you one simple thing to do! Couldn't do shit!"

Logan's voice struck into my ear. I stare at the walls as I was just about to take off my shoes. The sound of objects in the room next door started to crash, bang and every possible sound of objects being thrown.

"Ian!" I can hear Logan shout. "Where the fuck is it?!" I leave the room and exit the corridor. I should have done something, but it's not my business to interfere. It's between Logan and Ian and they need their time to sort their shit out.

I overlook the view of the school from the bridge. It looks much peaceful then it should've; the school year ends in a week. I feel like my time in the school, wasn't much. I haven't completed anything in this whole year. I've also only been here for five months, just one more month.

I rest my head on the wall. In my back pocket, I can feel a vibration which draws my attention. I pull out the phone to see an unknown ID number. "Hello?" I answer.

"Hey, is this Phoenix?" Someone asks.

"Yes, speaking." I reply.

"You think you can come to the hospital?" They wonder.

"For what reason."

"I believe you're the daughter of William Quinn. Am I correct or am I mistaking you for another Phoenix?"

"You've got the correct one."

"You're father, sister and Kingston have been in an accident." My eyes widen.

My leg starts going up and down, a quick rhythm. My hands are glued together. I hear the sound of foot steps, pacing around. Crystal just talks on the phone, calm and steady. Not a single crack of sadness.

"Can you get off the phone?" I suddenly snap. Crystal glances at me and says her goodbyes to who ever was on the phone.

"I was making a phone call to someone. Do you mind not interrupting?" She takes the seat next to me. "How'd you get here?" Crystal asks. Her blue eyes lock onto mine, there isn't a single different emotion other than calmness.

"I got one of my friends to drive me here." Thanks, Daniel.

"You don't have to be here. You can go back to school. This isn't a huge deal." Crystal says. She pulls my arm and tries to drag me out of the floor. She keeps glancing back as if she's expecting someone to come up.

"Wait, are you cheating on my dad?" I yank my arm back and Crystal looks at me confused. Then shakes her head.

"No- get me some food!" Crystal shouts. I stand back, questioning. "Quickly, go." As I'm about to open the door to get of the hospital corridor. It opens towards me which make me jump back. I look up with confusion and see a dark skinned boy walking through.

He has amazing eyes and curly black hair. My eyes follow as he greets Crystal with a friendly hug. "Hey, Crystal. Been a long time." He smiles, giving a kiss on the cheek. Whoa, he looks to young for Crystal. She looks to old for this boy.

Crystal glances at me and hides her face. For real, she chooses a younger guy over someone who's the same age as her?! I can see Crystal's mouth moving, the boy looks around before spotting me.

"Hey, Phoenix!" He laughs. His voice sounds familiar. "Come over here!" He suggests. I slowly walk over with caution. Crystal breaths out and runs a hand through her hair. She looks down and then up again.

"Phoenix, I'd like you to meet your...."

"This is the guy I'm getting married to????" I say, shocked. My eyes widened so big that I swear, they could have popped out.

"No, that's gotta be strange." Crystal shakes her head. "Phoenix, this is Weston." Weston gives me a hug rather than a handshake. "Weston, you already know who this is."

"I almost didn't recognize her. Last time I saw her, she had longer hair. And was shorter." Weston smiles.

"Wait, who is this?" I question, turning my head but not taking my eyes off Weston. He shows me a toothy grin, it reminds me of Matthew. He wears a hoodie and jeans with converses. Pretty good clothing style.

"I don't understand why I have to do the explaining." Crystal rubs her head. "Phoenix, you've been told about Weston about nearly your whole life but this is....." Crystal bites her lips. Suddenly a nurse opens the door to the room and invites us in.

We see, Kingston, my dad and Lillian. My dad is the one in the bed while Lillian stays in Kingston's arms. His left arm is bandaged while Lillian's head is wrapped. "Hi, Phoenix!" She laughs. I pick her up and Kingston greets Weston.

Maybe that's Kingston's relative? Oh, my, god. I'm being so racist.

"Hey, Kingston. Good to see you again." Weston smiles. My dad blinks at us. Well, I haven't much of a conversation with my dad. Come to think of it, I don't even remember hearing his voice at all.

"Weston, good to see that you won't be at my funereal for the money."

"I'm not that type of person." Weston defends. He crosses his arm and leans against the back of the wall. Crystal picks Lillian up from my arms and I sit next to Kingston. He rubs my head and I lean against him, giving him a side hug.

"Have you meet Weston, Phoenix?" My dad asks.

"Yeah, we meet outside." I say.

"I don't think the proper introduction yet." My dad smiles, his brown eyes glow. I can see the mischief in the eyes. I glance at Weston who does the same.

"Phoenix, Weston is your half brother. He's got a different mum." My dad explains.

My mouth opens and I stare at my dad in disbelief. I glance at Weston who looks like he's already aware of this.

"Yeah, my name is Weston Quinn."
