Chapter Nineteen: Guilt or treat, part 1

"Who are you supposed to be? Damn, Daniel?" Kelvin asked, Daniel came through the hall not wearing anything but his normal clothes. "You're certainly not a 'dayuum' for sure." 

"Dumbass, can't you see fucking werewolf. When it's twelve, I'll unleash the wolf!" Daniel howled. 

I thought it was the full moon?

"Right, getting drunk and turning into some rabies animal. I'll call pest control." 

"You mean animal control?" 

"No." Kelvin said. Blinking. "But what are you supposed to be?"

"Myself, stupid. The party hasn't officially started yet and I haven't put my costume on." Daniel held the punch in his hands and Kelvin snatched it off. The two boys started to fight over the punch and I just watched. Not bothering to stop them.

I gelled my hair, plunging the fake teeth. No points for guessing. I put the cape on and headed out.

I passed the couches and saw Logan hanging there. He was talking with a bunch of students or could have been. It seemed like a one sided talk. They weren't listening or talking but he was very much talking.

The guys on the couch waved at me or nodded and I replied the same. "Phoenix, what you dressed up as?" A guy asked. Larry.

"A Dracula. Dumb ass." Another guy said. I think his name was Barry?

"Are you Phoenix? No." Harry interrupted. 

"Yeah, Barry. You dumb fuck!" Garry snapped.

Suddenly all the guys named after 'arry' all begun to fight and I didn't even get to say anything. I slowly walked away and Logan just smiled at me but when the guys had turned away he glared at me. 

He must be a two faced. Hope he throws up and shits at the same time. I should have gone into the kitchen yesterday and made something looking nice for Logan to eat so he can shit and throw up at the same time.

I got to the hall and could hear the music booming away. If there were girls here it would be better only saying it is because I would really like to see not just guys. 

I grabbed some punch that was on the table and started to drink it, taking my teeth out. I can't believe I chose to wear Dracula. I should have been more original with my costume not like I see anybody else with Dracula. 

From the entrance I heard a shriek echo through. The music had stopped playing and you could see Troy running through the hall with a clown chasing behind him, everybody just laughed as they knew who was inside it besides new students and freshman. I didn't know who it was but didn't do anything. 

As the clown got closer, I knew they weren't going to hurt me and I knew they knew I wasn't going to hurt them but when they stood in front of me I kicked them where the sun don't fucking shine!

They groaned, falling to their knees in pain. I shrugged and walked off.

I hadn't seen any of the guys and decided to check out the movies since they said that there was a movie happening in the gym. 

I got to the gym passing all the shrubs and avoiding some idiotic people. I stepped in and heard laughing. I thought it's Halloween not fucking valentines. I saw all the boys in the gym watching a couple kiss not before they both got chopped in the head with an ax. I take that back. 

I stood there just watching all the murdering happening. I hate Halloween. I turned back and bumped into someone but flinched without physically touching anybody. I gasped as I thought it was an ax mur- what am I on about?! The ax murder is definitely going to kill me. 

"Phoenix?" They asked. How do they know my name? "What you up to?" I could see there eyes that were glowing in the dark. I recognize these eyes. Daniel. 

"I thought you were planning to kill me." 

"Sorry bro, it's my costume. Being a zombie, I used kool aid for the blood. It doesn't bad unlike the fake blood I used last year." Daniel chuckled. "Want to get something to eat?" 

"What's for dinner?" 

"Something spooky I guess." Daniel shrugged. "You know you don't have to eat the food right? You can just leave and get something to eat if you like but most people eat from cafeteria." 

"Really?" Me and Daniel went up the stairs. He was completely ignoring what had happened yesterday before we went to the dorms. I didn't want him to bring anyth- 

"About yesterday. Sorry, my sister told me some unusual shit saying that she likes you. I was angry at you, what if you go out with her?" 

"She's four years younger than me. I'm not ready to be arrested." I said. We both got to the cafeteria, the hallway to get there.

I screamed the last time and fell into the cafeteria, Daniel was just cracking up as he grabbed for the sweets on the table. "I should have made some of my famous caramel. Salty caramel."

"You mean infamous?" I panted, taking a seat at the table Daniel was on. Through the door Ryan came in with a speaker in hand. 

"I am the greatest here tonight!" Ryan sang. Flipping his short, curly hair. He smiled at us and took a seat beside us. Ryan wore a red, bright cape and some fancy clothing underneath that was all white. "Hello, peasant. Not you Phoenix." 

"Happy birthday, king." Daniel smiled. Ryan proudly smirked. 

Matthew came out looking like some normal chef. Nothing to say about his costume. "What do you guys think of the food?" 

"Meh." Daniel shrugged. I did the same, not saying anything. Matthew looked at Ryan who copied me, Matthew went into the kitchen and came back but looking pissed he held a knife and we jumped up. 

"I'll repeat, what do you guys think?" 

"Great." Daniel smiled. 

"Amazing." I lied.

"Never tried it." Ryan blinked. Matthew tackled Ryan who force fed him. 

"Isn't it great?!" Matthew laughed. Ryan put the thumbs up. 

"Rest in peace: Ryan Evans." Daniel patted Ryan's head. 

"Also, Phoenix, can I talk to you?" Matthew requested. "I need to confirm something." Matthew pointed at the kitchen. I nodded, what does he need to know? 

As we both got the kitchen.....
