Naruto's POV
Me, Sasuke, Itachi and Konohamaru finally arrived to point B of the map and collected the box that was waiting there for us.
"Finally!! Now we can go back!" I said happily
"You are so energetic Naruto" I saw itachi smile at me
"I am! Thank you.." I mumbled so only he could hear me. I really wanted to thank him properly for bringing Sasuke here, but with Konohamaru arround, I didn't feel comfortable doing it. Even so, I think itachi understood how grateful I am, anyways.
On the way back, it was already pitch black and the flashlight that we had, only attracked more insects
"Hey" I heard Sasuke's voice and looked and looked at him. He stopped for a second and got out something from his bag..
"Mosquitoe spray!?!?"
"Yeah, put some on, otherwise they will eat you alive, by the looks of it"
I took the spray "Thank you Sasuke! But.. why aren't they biting you..?"
"They don't like him" Itachi joined out conversation "I think they preferentially someone sweeter like you"
"S-sweeter..?" Me eyes widened
"I agree with him Naruto, you definetelly look tasty" Konohamaru said
"T-t-t-tasty!?"
Is it just me being dirty minded or.. they are talking about something else besides mosquitoes..
I looked at Sasuke who was shaking his head and then mumbled "Thats what happens when two perverts meet"
"Oh shut up Sasuke" Konohamaru rolled his eyes at him
"That's my line, midget" Sasuke said angrily
Then I noticed something.. I'm the same size as Konohamaru.. Sasuke's eyes started bouncing from me to Konohamaru and back. Then I think he realized what he said and looked at me apologetically. I pulled out a smile, making sure he doesn't feel guilty and then we started walking again.
When we arrived at the camp place, Kakashi started walking towards us
"You made it back safely, that's good" and then he turned towards Sasuke's brother "I didn't think you would join us, Itachi" he smiled at him
"Well, I had some business here and decided to stop by"
"I see. Well, you three can go to the others or stay arround the camp fire. Bed time.. erm I mean tent time is at 10:00"
"I thought it was 11:00" Konohamaru asked
"Yeah but I am not used to staying till so late so it's 10:00 .. or maybe 9:00" after saying that he yewned and left together with Itachi
"How do those two know each other?" I asked Sasuke, who was checking his phone
"They used to play in the same baseball team" he replied "it's 8:30 by the way, what do you want to do?"
"Hmm.. teach me how to make a tent!! Me and Konohamaru tried but.. it looks..."
I thought for a minute, looking for the right word to say but Konohamaru spoke before me
"It looks great!!!!" He raised his voice while still glaring at Sasuke
"Is that so..? Then you don't need help with it. Come Naruto, I'm gonna help you with your own tent" then he grabbed my wrist and started walking , dragging me along
