My grandparents dropped Tyla, Xavier and I off from school and for some weird áss reason I was getting a weird vibe.
"Tyla let's go play basketball"
"Xavier, I have homework"
He looked at me then hopped on the couch, "let's play videogames"
"Sorry... Ion feel like playing video games"
"Fine then, I'll play by myself"
"You do that" Tyla stated
1 HOUR LATER.
"Daddy I finished it already" I said
"Then help Tyla with her homework"
Tyla closed her binder putting all her stuff away, "finished it"
She was about to walk off when my daddy stopped her.
"Is he always playing video games?" He asked referring to Xavier sitting there playing.
"You have to go next to the side of the cabin then blast the sniper at him!"
"Yeah" Tyla said answering daddy's question
"Hey Xavier?"
"Yeah Kim?"
"Didn't mama tell you not to use the headphone"
He purposely ignored me continuing his game.
"Xavier, turn it off" Tyla said
"I'm not finished with this level"
"Xavier"
"Daddy said I could use it"
"Well I'm in charge, and you're not gonna use it" I said
He continued playing with it.
"Xavier why can't you listen" Tyla was about to remove the head phone when he dodged her, "you're gonna make me loose the mission"
"Daddy" Tyla stated
My dad sat up, "aye, man, either take it off or shut the game off"
"My daddy said I could use it"
"Well I'm older then you, so you needa' listen, take the headphones off"
"You can't make me"
"Ugh, yes I can. I'm in charge of this house"
"No ya not, I live hea' not you"
"Xavier im about to take that Xbox and shut it off" I said
He smiled playing his video game
"You think I'm playin'?" I stood carefully walking over and shutting the Xbox off.
"Ughhh!!!!!!!" He yelled
"Yeah UGH all you want, why don't you go do ya homework" Tyla said
"Why would you do that ! You made loose!!"
"Oh well"
His face was turning red as he walked to the Xbox, and turned it on.
"Xavier!"
"You needa learn to listen" my daddy stated going over and taking the colored plugs off the Xbox.
Xavier tried turning it back on but it wasn't working. His eyes filled with tears as he started to cry. The door opened and my mama appeared.
