My eyes flickered shut.
"I feel like I'm bout to faint"

"Kaykay!" I yelled
"What Arielle!?"
"What time is it?"
"I don't know 18:00"

My eyes opened and my head was pounding.
"Kaykay why?"
"Cause we bouts to get our ass whooped and I'd rather get it now"
I nodded. I was still half asleep. I stood up and walked to the bathroom. I barged in and Jamal stood there using the toilet. I gasped quickly closing the door
"Sorry!!!"
I power walked over to Kay.
"What's wrong?"
"Shhhh" I said in a whisper tone.
"I walked in on Jamal using the bathroom"
"Did you see his..."
"Yes!"
The door opened and I told her to shh.
"Aye Kim"
I nodded, "yeah Jamal?"
"Can I talk to you for a second"
"Sure"
I walked down the hall into the room he was in. His light, caramel skin was glowing. He stood there putting a white top on.
"What's up?"
"I had a blast being around you and your cousin for like three days... but I think it's time for you to head back home."
I nodded, "okay"
"What time is it?"
"It's like 10 PM Saturday"
My eyes widened as I was shocked.
"Kay kay and I slept the whole day?" He nodded
"Don't worry I did too."
"You slept?"
He nodded, "were you in any pain?" He nodded, "of course I was"
"Jamal really?"
"Yeah cause I didn't have my baybeh come lay with me"
I wanted to hit the shit outta him.
"But really Kim, I was fine, just minor pain"
"You're sure?" I questioned
He nodded
"Okay"

Kayden and I were parked right at the front door. Since Tory was helpful enough he dropped my daddy's car off in the morning making Jamal drive us home with his.
"Arielle you ready?" I shook my head "no"
"Well we gotta be ready"
"Maybe if we sneak in uncle Aug will never know."
"Ha Ha Ha, sure he won't"
"Yeah he will"
"Yall needs to relax" Jamal stated
"Ok Kay Kay you go first"
"Hell naw"
I rolled my eyes, "well Jamal I guess our fantastic adventure has come to an end"
"Call me, or text me when you go to bed"
I nodded, "okay"
"Bye"
"Bye"
"Jamal don't forget to use your heating pad if your in pain, and don't forget to use your medication, oh and Jamal"
"What?"
"Quit smoking"

I still sat in the car as Kayden stood by the door.
I looked at Jamal and pushed forward giving him two kisses.
"What was that for?"
"You don't know what two kisses mean?"
He frowned and I began opening the door.
"Kim you serious?"
I smiled
I got my keys out my pocket and carefully unlocked the door. It was pitch black which was giving me anxiety from the night someone broke in mama and Chris's house.
It was empty so we both went up the stairs and I sighed in relief once we walked passed daddy's room. I opened the door to my room and Kayden and I carefully closed it. We turned around and nearly jumped.
"Yall decided to come back huh?"
My daddy's voice was raspy as hell.
"Uhhhh... Daddy?"
"Hey uncle Aug" Kayden opened the lights and the look on his face was fucking priceless.
"Yall had the mentality to run off and party for three days"
"Daddy--"
"Arielle I'm speaking I'm not gon' deal wit' dis', imma let you think about it and ya mama and Chris can deal with you next week cause I am pissed."
I looked down, "Kayden, I don't even know why your hea', but whatever it is it's not my problem. Ya stayin' ova Travis's house and he'll take you to the airport to get back home."
She nodded, "I'm frustrated, disappointed, and hurt in both of yall. Yall really let me down, and I hope that made yall happy."
I looked away as he brush passed us. I sighed and the both of us silently prepared ourselves to sleep. I was so tired and guilty that I didn't even get to text Jamal.
