The next day, everything seems to be settled. Everyone is back to normal. I don't want it to be this way. At least for now, I have pretend to be normal. While doing so, I have been thinking up new plans.

The only thing different is that my friend is not here. She has not been here since yesterday. She was probably taken away or something. After all, I told that man her number and not my own.

"Hello," I say to my male friend, walking up to him.

"Hi," he replies.

"Do you want to play a game?" I ask.

"Not really," he says.

"Why not?" I ask.

"I guess I just don't feel like it."

"Oh. What should we do?" I ask.

"I don't know. We could talk," he suggests.

"What do you want to talk about?" I ask.

"Hmm... I can't wait for our next meal."

"Really?"

"I'm a little hungry."

"I'm sure our next meal will be soon then."

"Why do you say that?" he asks.

"We eat when we are hungry. If you are starting to get hungry, that would mean our next meal would have to be soon."

"Your right."

"I'm not hungry yet," I say.

"I'm not that hungry, I'm only a little hungry."

"Oh."

"Yeah... What should we talk about now?"

"I don't know," I reply.

"Hmmm..." he says stopping for a minute to think, "I can't think of anything to talk about either."

"Do you like the lounge?" I ask.

"Yes, I do. Do you like the lounge?" he asks.

"Yes. Do you like playing games?" I ask.

"Most of the time. What about you?"

"I like playing games most of the time as well."

"I get bored of playing games if I play them too much," he says.

"Really?"

"I think so," he replies.

"Oh."

"What should we talk about now?" he eventually says.

"I don't know. We could play a game," I suggest.

"That's a good idea, since we have nothing else to do."

"I've been wondering, how do you get good at games and learn about them?" I ask.

"What do you mean?"

"Well... you said I was your only friend."

"I watch other people play games. Does that answer your question?"

"Yes," I reply.

"What game should we play?" he asks.

"We could play the game you showed me where you try to get rid of all of your cards first," I suggest.

"I'm fine with that," he says.

We play one round of the game, and I lose. My friend must have watched other people playing so much that he got good at the game.
