Leaving for a Month

*B sits on her bed, writing in her journal when Mom knocks on her door and peeks her head inside*

(Mom) Hey, can I come in?

(Bailey) *shrug* its your house

*walks in and closes door behind her then comes and sits by B on the bed*

(Mom) it's your house too...

(Bailey) *continues to write not looking up from her journal* yea...right

(Mom) *sigh* want to talk about it?

(Bailey) it wouldn't make any difference so what's the point

(Mom) you are upset about this Disney movie deal

(Bailey) *slams her journal down on the bed* 3 days....SERIOUSLY?! 3 DAYS! I'm just now getting into the groove of being back and now we are leaving again

(Mom) well, there is always the option of you and I staying here and we would just fly up on the weekends to see them

(Bailey) *rolls eyes* Be away from Nick for 4 weeks except on weekends? PASS

(Mom) This is a huge opportunity for your brothers you should be happy for them

(Bailey) I am...*sighs* can I please go on my movie date? I need to tell Sam that I'm not going to see him for like ever

(Mom) How are you getting there?

(Bailey) Sam has a car...he could pick me up

(Mom) B...

(Bailey) he isn't like Jake, Mom, Sam's a good guy, ask the boys

(Mom) I don't doubt he is a good guy I just don't like you riding in cars with boys I don't know. Let me discuss it with your dad...yes on the date...I'll let you know on the ride

(Bailey) ok

*Mom gets up and heads downstairs, B immediately texts Sam*

(Bailey text) hey you

(Sam text) hello again 🙂

(Bailey text) date is on...waiting to hear if you can pick me up...

(Sam text) Yay!

*Mom calls from downstairs, B runs to the top of the stairs*

(Mom) Sam can drive but he needs to come by before and meet us

(Bailey) Seriously?!

(Mom) mmhmmm

(Bailey) I have to call Sam!

*B runs back in her room and closes the door before dialing Sam, they quickly finalize plans before hanging up and B hops into the shower. After her shower B blow dries her hair straight and then texts Livie*

(Bailey) I need you, can you come over we need to talk

(Olivia) are you ok? Is something wrong?

(Bailey) sort of...

(Olivia) I'll be there in 10

*B walks out of the bathroom to find Nick laying on her bed leafing through her journal*

(Bailey) find anything interesting in there?

(Nick) lookin' for angry girl rock lyrics *smirks*

(Bailey) ha ha...coming soon

(Nick) you're mad about this Disney thing

(Bailey) no, I'm really happy for you guys its just...

(Nick) we just got back and now we have to leave and you won't get to see Sam or Livie for a month

(Bailey) yes

(Nick) I'm sorry B

(Bailey) *shrug* don't be its ....I'm used to it

(Nick) so what are you and Sam doing tonight?

(Bailey) movie...then getting something to eat, then I guess that's when I'll bring out the old...by the way I won't see you for a month...thing. *sighs* If he was smart he wouldn't waste his time with me, Jake was right, I'm not worth the trouble

(Nick) Hey, shut up! That's my favorite person on the planet you are talking about....

*B's phone buzzes with a text*

(Jake text) when you kiss him are you thinking of me?

*B quickly erases the text and closes her phone*

(Nick) who was that?

(Bailey) no one

*Livie walks in*

(Bailey) OHTHANKGOODNESS....what do I wear...

(Olivia) THAT was what you needed? *starts to rummage through B's closet*

(Bailey) I am going out with Sam tonight...movie and dinner and I need something that says "I look so cute that you can't be mad at me when I tell you I'm leaving for a month."

(Olivia) where are you going for dinner? Wait, WHAT? You're leaving? NOOOO why?!

(Nick) we got signed on for a Disney movie, we leave Monday

(Olivia) *pouts* this sucks...ok no plans with Sam tomorrow, yer mine

(Bailey) of course *smile*

(Olivia) how bout this? * holds up an outfit*

(Bailey) ugh, maybe you should come with us to Canada...how am I going to dress myself.

(Olivia) well, looks like you will have to look like shit till you get back....penance for leaving me.
