*Looking over B's shoulder Kevin checks to make sure the feed has ended*

(Kevin) *smiling at B* good Job

(Bailey) *looking concerned at Nick* Are you ok?

(Nick) I'm fine

*B jabs him sharply on the shoulder*

(Nick) *grabs the impact spot and rubs it laughing* ouch!

(Bailey) yea well that's for almost dying on my watch! You about gave the ubers a heart attack.

(Nick) Me? I'm not the one who stopped cold mid sentence to look at me in fear, way to demonstrate that freaky twin connection

(Bailey) what happened?

(Nick) I grabbed a sandwich just before we sat down and didn't log it in my pod...then the gummy bears sent me over the edge I guess

(Kevin) here move B I want to see how long it takes to make it to youtube

*B stands up and retreats to the couch plopping next to Joe*

(Joe) *lifts an eyebrow to B* seriously? The bopit video?

(Bailey) *smiles* hey I was trying to distract some very concerned ubers....besides it was a hit. Even if the live chat doesn't bury your slanderous remark, the bopit video will...which reminds me hey Kev upload that bopit video while you are there.

(Kevin) oh yea...ok

*Joe rolls his eyes*

(Joe) I'm convinced you are pure evil

(Bailey) oh whatever...your ubers eat your goofiness up with a spoon, the more embarrassing, the better so don't act like I did you this big disservice.

(Joe) so Mom said you and Nick start back to school on Wednesday...

(Bailey) Yup, cannot wait, why aren't you going?

(Joe) cause I'm already in my senior year and I opted to just finish out with homeschool

(Bailey's Inner Monolongue)

This wasn't a huge surprise, I was the one that had done the most public school, once the boys got signed they pretty much had no time to attend a regular school, the only reason Nick was even going was that Mom and Dad felt he should at least have a taste of normal high school, even if it were only for a couple months. I attended regular public school except for when the boys were touring

(Bailey) I know Nick would rather stick to homeschool, he's not too happy Mom and Dad are making him go

(Joe) can you blame him? School or no school there are still going to be girls there, it's going to be AWKWARD

(Bailey) it shouldn't be too bad, it's not like we are new to town a lot of the new has worn off especially at school. Nick is just an antisocial old man.

(Joe) yea, well I don't see the school thing working out for very long

*As if perfectly timed, Mom walks in with bags of school supplies*

(Mom) How did the live chat go?

(Joe) Nick tried to off himself in front of the fans

(Mom) HUH? *looks at Nick confused*

(Bailey) Death by gummy bears...it was very touch and go there for a while *sarcastically*

(Mom) oh for goodness sake, are you good now?

(Nick) I'll be fine...whats in the bags?

(Mom) Oh! School supplies *smiles*

*Nick Groans, Mom shrugs it off *

(Mom) here are your schedules, they are the same so B can get all your assignments when you have to miss for a meet & greet or something, your locker numbers are on there and so are the combinations, I picked up all the supplies you need and got you each a backpack its all in these bags.

(Nick) *pleading* Mom, seriously I really have no desire to go to a *air quotes* "normal" school why can't I just... *quickly cut off by Mom*

(Mom) Nicholas that is not up for negotiation at this time, we are going to give this a try and see how it goes...don't knock it til you try it.

(Nick) and if I try it and hate it?

(Kevin) well, then you'll be like every other teenager in America *sarcastically*

(Mom) *shoots Kevin eye daggers* we will just have to see Nick *hands the bags to Nick and walks out*

*Nick sits quietly looking defeated*

(Bailey) anything yet Kev?

(Kevin) not yet

(Bailey) alright I'm out...g'night

(Nick) wait for me

(Joe and Kevin) g'night

*B and Nick head upstairs*

20 minutes later...

*B walks out of her bathroom wrapped in a towel to find an also freshly showered Nick laying on her bed writing in his song journal she quickly ducks back into the bathroom and dresses, wraps up her hair in the towel and lays down beside Nick*

(Bailey) whats wrong?

(Nick) *grumpy* my sugar is still outta whack and its making me grumpy and I'm really kind of pissed off that I don't get a say on this whole school thing

(Bailey's Inner Monologue)

I knew Nick wasn't thrilled about school, he wasn't one for crowds...I know, absurdly ironic. He loved performing and loved his fans but offstage he was perfectly content with solitude...his thoughts, his journal and his guitar and he was happy

(Bailey) writing a new song?

(Nick) not really just thoughts ...*sighs* I'm going to bed, night, love you

(Bailey) love you too

*kisses B on the forehead before returning to his room*
