[Summary of the 'Londris' incident

Description: in the night of the first november, a vague of hallucinations suddenly started spread around the entire planet. Survivors have confessed that back then, they saw other people as monsters, and that this situation has leaded to chaos and fighting across the entire planet. Following these, a mysterious attack burnt the entire planet to ashes.

We suspect a minutiously orchestrated terrorist attack, spreading hallucination-provoking substances in the Outercoat in a first time, and flooding the planet with missiles in a second, most likely including anti-matter bombs in the lot.

In the meantime, a small group of individuals, theorized to be linked to the attack, spread a false video in the entire galaxy, showcasing a so-called 'fight of deities'. Even if this ridiculous attempt proves to be a pathetic way to cover their act of terrorism to the eyes of the public, it is now appearent that its consequences sadly don't stop there. Indeed, since the parution of this ridiculous fake video, many religious degenerate revealed themselves, getting in the light and wrecking havoc everywhere.

The Paradise Council, with its usual kindness, is currently sending numerous special agents across the entire galaxy to assist the different Stellar Fields in getting rid of the most violent cultist, sect members and such so-called religious protestant, hiding their acts of violence behind their faith.

Note: there is high likeliness as for the implication of Cifer in the incident. Three notorious Cifer terrorists have been confirmed to be present on the planet at the time of the tragedy: Tyler 'Gentleman' Rochemord (8000 points bounty/C-class criminal), Erica ??? (9600 points bounty/C-class criminal) and John Carter (11,000 points bounty/B-class criminal).

Further note: it is now heavily suspected that both Erica and Tyler Rochemord are implicated with the Cult of Silence. Therefore, the ties that the cult entertains with the incidents will be subjected to further investigation.

In the meantime, measures will be taken: once again, an increase of the criminals' bounties will operate.

Notice that, for the purpose of obtaining more accurate information about the incident, the capture of the individuals shall be prioritized over their direct elimination. In case of successful capture, the bounties will be doubled.

Further note: there is a large probabiltity of Tyler Rochemord's death on Londris. Thus, in case of capture, a more severe inspection will be made to ensure the authenticity of the captured. Heavy sanctions will be applied in case of fake.

This incident has proved to be a never-seen tragedy, both in term of direct victims and afterward victims. If another genocide of the same monstruosity was to happen again, the beginning of a new war might actually become more than a distant nightmare; in that case, the damages would be on a scale that was never seen before.
