Tony made sure to let me know that he thought I was insane for sitting with him silently for almost four hours but I just giggled and rolled my eyes. I did find it... interesting that I had zoned out watching him for so long but I didn't mind.

"Let's go get you some breakfast," Tony shook his head as he secured his arm around my shoulders. I chuckled and leaned into him as he guided me back over to the elevator.

"You need to eat, too," I pointed out. I'm sure he'd been here for quite some time before I came along, so at that moment the both of us were neglecting to take care of ourselves.

"Okay, yes. You make a good point. We both need to eat," he responded. I couldn't help but snuggle my head deeper into him for a moment as I wrapped an arm around his waist.

"Neither of us are terribly good at it, are we?" I giggled. I could feel laughter bubble up in his chest as he chuckled a bit before pulling me tighter against him.

"No... but I need you to try..." he told me. I looked up at him with a frown.

"You need to try, too, love," I responded. I could feel Tony's chest dance with emotion as he sucked in a breath. The world around us froze for a moment as the elevator closed and started to move. Tony just stared down at me as I realized he was probably reacting to the term I'd used... Love. It wasn't incorrect, to be fair. I don't think... I might not have reached a place where I was completely 'in love' with any of the Avengers, but I did love them. I was closer to some more so than others, as well, to be fair. I launched into my own whirlpool of thoughts as Tony was in his own thoughts until the elevator jolted to a stop, causing me to physically break out of the trap that was my thoughts.

"Tony?" I questioned gently, shifting to stand in front of him and raising my hand to caress his face. He gulped as he looked down at me. "You okay?" He nodded in response to me, causing me to frown. "You're sure, beca-" I went to say but he cut me off.

I couldn't continue my sentence because Tony's lips were on mine in a searing kiss and I couldn't help but melt into him. I wrapped my arms around his neck as the elevator closed again since we had come to a stop long enough. Tony was the first one to break the kiss which caused me to whine in disappointment.

"Awh, don't go making that noise baby girl," he whispered breathlessly as he gently grabbed my face.

"Why not?" I whined, knowing perfectly well why he'd said it but wanting to try my luck nonetheless.

He leaned down to where his lips were mere centimeters away from mine, but I couldn't move to kiss him again due to him holding me. "You're smart, figure it out," he whispered against my lips.

"Tony," I groaned, making sure to pout.

"Yes, babygirl?" he whispered.

"Please?"

"Please what?" he smirked which gained another frustrated groan from my lips.

"Kiss me," I demanded with a foot stomp.

"Tsk tsk, you're not being a very good girl right now, now are you?" he questioned, causing me to whine once again.

"Please?"

"... How could I resist you," he leaned down and kissed me once again as I tangled my fingers in his hair in an attempt to pull him closer to me.
