"Joonie~" Jin whined in discomfort, once Namjoon had carefully settled him down on the front seat of his car.

"What is it?" Namjoon asked softly, holding the door he was just about to close.

"Feel cold." Jin shivered as he hugged himself, pulling his legs over the seat and to his chest, trying to get warm.

Namjoon immediately took off his warm leather jacket, draping it around the older's shoulders. His clothing was extra large in size and engulfed Jin completely. Namjoon cooed as he watched the dark haired snuggle to the seat, feeling safe and warm as he was surrounded by Namjoon's cologne.

The purple-haired helped Jin put on the seatbelt before shutting the door, walking over to the other side and getting onto the driver's seat, closing the door after him gently, not wanting to startle the boy next to him. He started the car, and moments later, they were on their way to Namjoon's house.

As Namjoon concentrated on the empty road before them- the time being past midnight- he could make out Jin watching him by the corner of his eyes, his legs still pinned to his chest, looking way too adorable having Namjoon's jacket wrapped around him like a blanket.

"Oh, Joonie!" Jin said suddenly, his eyes wide as if with realization. "I didn't tell you my last and biggest secret!"

Honestly, Namjoon had forgotten all about it, being too worried about Jin at that moment. Plus, the older wasn't in his right mind at that moment, so he didn't push him to tell him everything.

"You don't have to, my prince," he assured him with a sweet dimpled smile. "Don't force yourself."

"But- but, you're the best friend I ever had!" Jin confessed, his bottom lip jutting out. "And I don't want to keep anything hidden from you! I'm scared you'd h-hate me if you knew, but you promised to not be angry with me, right?"

As Jin went on and on about how much Namjoon meant to him, the latter couldn't help but feel his heart skip a beat when he realized how much Jin trusted him. And he could never dream of breaking that trust. But, why did he trust him so much?

"Then tell me one thing," Namjoon spoke seriously, his eyes still on the road. "Why do you wanna tell me something you've never even told your friends of years? We only started talking two months ago."

"Joonie understands me more than Hoba, or Kookie or Minie and the others," Jin spoke in a 'duh' tone, and Namjoon couldn't help but smile at how confident he sounded even when drunk. "Don't... wanna bother them about me- but I like annoying you!"

Namjoon was flustered when Jin leaned over to squish his cheeks, giggling.

"You won't ever annoy me," he said truthfully, grinning. "I like talking to you about... anything. You're my best friend too. Doesn't matter if this offends Yoongi hyung."

"Joonie, d'you know- I wanted to hide things from you like the others," Jin blurted out, keeping an iron grip on Namjoon's hand. "But I wanna tell you sooooo bad! You make me feel safe~"

"Aww, does that mean the other boys scare you?" Namjoon teased, snickering as he took the road to the right.

Jin huffed, pouting even more as he punched Namjoon's thigh. "Why don't you understand?!" He whined. "You make me feel weird, Joonie. Like my heart's about to burst! I hate you for it but I like it too. You're different from everybody! I wanna stay close to you... but I'm scared you'll push me away if I keep secrets from you..."
