• Chapter 36 •

"He needs m- Ah!" I winced as it hurt even more now. But I didn't let it faze me, because whatever I was facing or feeling- He was feeling at least two times worse.

"Just- c'mon." I gulped down my pain.

He rushed and grabbed his bag, "Okay, okay- I won't even start cooking then, uh- l- let's go."

We hurried out, the door locking behind us. I was really just hoping Ranboo was okay. Because with every wave, I just worried more about him.

Finally after taking the elevator down, we had made it to the car. Now, a really hot wave hit my wrist that it-...It burned me.

I literally had a burn starting to form over my soulmate mark. I started hyperventilating, "H- Hurry....I- I'm burning."

Tubbo started driving not questioning it. I was seriously worried- Horrified as to what was happening to Ranboo.

Ranboo POV

As I sat in the hospital bed alone, all I did was think about Tommy. I tried not too, but everytime I'd think of something else, my mind sorta just- Always drifted back towards him. Wether it was a memory, good or bad- it always made me feel a certain type of way.

Warm and smiley- It was like my mark wouldn't let me think of anything else. Everything led back to him in a way.

I closed my eyes trying to fall asleep and everything slowly drowned out.

...

The image of a shower slowly came into view. I could see the blonde, standing there vulnerably. He had his eyes closed as the hot water hit his skin. Steam rising and filling the atmosphere in the bathroom.

I gently touched his waist and felt him freeze up. I smiled at him being nervous when he was usually quite out going and confident.

I moved my hand up his side then rubbed his chest. I kissed his neck softly up and down. I felt him gulp, and in attempt to make him feel more comfortable, I slipped my hand into his, holding it.

Then I whispered in his ear, "You're beautiful Tommy~"

I think that finally made him feel comfy, for he leaned back onto me, "Th- Thanks..."

"Do you mind me touching you?" I asked, not wanting him to feel any level of discomfort with me.

"Uh-....No." He mumbled, eyes closed.

"You don't mind a guy touching you? Feeling and...kissing you?" I whispered and gently licked his ear. I wanted him to accept it- To understand the fact.

"N- No." He lightly bit his lip.

I chuckled, "Do you want, this?"

"Uh- Yes." He gulped again.

"Tell me you want it." I smirked. I needed him to say it to not only me, but himself.

"I- I want it?" He said like he was asking a question. I moved my other hand down to his hip griping him rather harshly.

I sighed, "It's not a question, it's a statement. And tell me what you want- with detail."

He took a shaky breath then said, "I want you, Ranboo- a guy, to touch and kiss me."

"Good boy." I smiled and kissed his ear.

I began kissing his neck and collar bones up and down while rubbing his sides. I think he wanted more, cause he turned around and-....

Then he frowned and looked around like he couldn't see me. He checked behind the shower curtain and sighed, "Ranboo?"

I chuckled, "Very funny, now c'mere baby."

I reached out to grab him and his image faded away. He frowned at me then everything went black.

...

I opened my eyes, sitting up.

Then I felt one of those heat shocks in my wrist. Like a really bad burn. I winced and began to take quick unstable breaths. I looked over to the monitor, and my heart rate was a little too high.

I tried holding my breath to slow it down, but honestly- I think it only made it worse. I started hyperventilating. Then I felt another wave of heat.

I panicked unable to control myself. My heart rate went up too high and it started beeping to let me know. I hit the help button by my bed which would alarm doctors and nurses.

I had one big heat wave that shocked my wrist and burned me. Or-....Maybe it wasn't me, but my mark? I- It was like the mark was...burning itself off.

Maybe it....Maybe it knew something Tommy and I didn't.
