Ariana's POV:

I was standing at the sink, staring out of the window. It started raining around five o'clock this morning while I was in my bed. My phone beeped behind me on the kitchen's island. I went to check it.

It's 8, your dad is expecting you at 9:30 in board meeting today,okay?

Me
okay, I'll be there, thanks for informing-

I eye rolled at his comment, we have this royal teasing thing ever since he saw me and buddy doing it. Dan or I would say Daniel Robert was a college friend of mine. He knows ever shit about me and my life, not gonna lie but I know a little about him as compared to how much he knows about me and my things. Whenever I'm in mess, I can count on him and he does the same.

I left my phone on kitchen's Island and made my way towards my walk-in closet to chose ootd, I chose to wear a formal suit set that goes perfectly with my black shirt.

I arrived at the MH Toronto Building around 9. I made my way towards the staircase that goes straight from the parking lot in basement to my  office floor that is situated on 7th floor.

(Don't ask why staircase and not the elevator, you'll know about it in coming chapters)
