1 what inspired the idea of your story?

I got the main inspiration for it from watching Raising Arizona, because of the atmosphere and style of the movie being in the middle of nowhere essentially, and added that vibe to the story since I think it fit well.

2 what is something you struggled constructing with your story?

I struggled coming up with a good ending to close the story without it seeming too forced.

3 what did you enjoy writing most of your story?

I mostly enjoyed writing the action/comedy in the story since that was the easiest and most fun part.

4 what's the overall response of your story from your readers?

The people that have read the story seem to enjoy reading it because of the situations that the two main characters get into, which is the majority of where the humor comes from.

5 is your story a stand alone novel or a piece of a series ?

It is a piece of a series, and is the first story of many to come.

6 what would you like your readers to take away from your story?

I want my readers to simply enjoy reading it, and since it only takes about 15 minutes or so to read, is very easy to consume all at once with no complex story.

7 what advice would you provide to fellow writers, when it comes to focusing on their own story?

Don't worry too much about the numbers and appreciate the people that do read your story, and even if no one does, appreciate the effort you put into it, and someone will read it one day.

8 does your main character share any similarities to yourself?

No, not really, since the main character is a criminal, a man, and an adult, I can't relate much to him, but still really enjoyed writing him and his personality.

9 what is something about your story you believe would draw in new readers?

I think the goofiness of the story is what will draw people in, since the plot is very simple but can also make for an interesting way to incorporate a funny twist on it, and is a fun read overall.

10 do you have any future projects?

Yes, many, including the second book in the series, which I will be working on soon.
