1 what inspired the idea of your story?

I was I soured to write this story when I was listening to the radio and heard a song that I had heard before but had never really paid much attention to. I heard it and an idea popped into my head. Since I wrote this story I have had many more music-inspired stories written, one of which is in my profile.

2 what is something you struggled constructing with your story?

Something that I struggled with while constructing my story was putting the characters together in a way I thought that they would match nicely. I had a hard time making them connect. But all I had to do was find the thing that they all shared and then, they clicked.

3 what did you enjoy writing most of your story?

I enjoyed putting a little bit of myself into my story. I always like to write about what I want, what I wish I had. I enjoyed writing the relationship between my characters and loved the way their love grew.

4 what's the overall response of your story from your readers?

My readers seemed to enjoy my story, which I in turn enjoyed.

5 is your story a stand alone novel or a piece of a series ?

My story is a stand alone story. I doubt that I will ever write a second part of it. But you never know. The future holds unknown things.

6 what would you like your readers to take away from your story?

I would like my readers to take away the concept of growth and love from my story. That know matter the horrors that their life my look life, they can find good in the best ways, in the hearts of others.

7 what advice would you provide to fellow writers, when it comes to focusing on their own story?

I myself am a new writer, so it's kind of hard for me to give advice. But what I will say is that your story will grow in the most amazing and unexpected ways. Whether it takes you somewhere magical or serious, never give up on your story. It is always something that should be shared because it is unique and new.

8 does your main character share any similarities to yourself?

I would say that my main character shares similarities with me. Not physically, in this case. But I believe that with every character that you write, you share a little piece of yourself with the person you created. My main character, Kit Martin, is a shy, bookish, likeable girl. She is self conscious of herself and she does well in school. I am at least half of those things.

9 what is something about your story you believe would draw in new readers?

you need to have an interesting cover and a good, fun summary of you story. Readers want to see the story and immediately be interested in what you wrote.

10 do you have any future projects?

I have many future projects. I am one of those people who is constantly working on many unfinished things all at once. I have a few posted on my profile but I have many of them to come.
