" Sevyn..." Mikey lowly trailed off, watching as the girl sat down in front of them. Draken frowned at the worsening appearance of his friend, Sevyn. They usually visited her once a week—that being four times a month usually. And if they can, they'd fit another visit in. But this month, they haven't been allowed to visit her. She doesn't look crazy, or resemble your typical movie crack head. She looks normal, like a regular teen. Sevyn was beautiful, no doubt about that. But the wildness of her usually pretty kept hair, her dark eye bags, and the frown that seemed to be drooping all of her pretty features.
" Awe, you guys came to visit." Sevyn said with emotion in her voice that was void on her face.
Manjiro frowned as she sat down in front of them. Divided by a thick glass, " No surprise. We're supposed to come every week at least Sevyn."
Sevyn picked up the phone with a roll of her eyes. She was happy to see her friends, of course she was. But in the end when they leave, they left together— while she stays here. But it was her punishment after all.
" I know you do." She said rather dryly. " But it's been a month. Was starting to think you won't show for the rest of the month."
Draken frowned at her tone, and he could feel Mikey glance at him from it alone too. " You look horrible."
Sevyn smiled with a chill nod. " It's from my uh— situation.... my withdrawal."
" Withdrawal?" Mikey questioned with shock and worry on his face. " From what...."
Was that why they weren't able to visit her. Because she was being reckless with drugs again?! Despite being in the situation, she was still trying to find a way to get high? They made a promise that they would get her out, help her get better. Not watch their 16 year old friend destroy herself because of that situation. Mikey felt a twinge in his heart at the thought. Sevyn was special. From her own impulses and all, she was the only person he could relate to mentally.
