Her Kidnapping

I woke up with Touya wrapped up in my wings, his arms tightly around me. His hair way messier than usual and he wasn't wearing a shirt, neither was I. As memories of last night began to flush into my head I couldn't help but smile. I looked down at him and pushed the hair out of his face, making his eyes slowly start to open. He looked confused for a moment until he saw me, a smile growing on his face. "Good morning Birdie." He said, pulling me into a kiss.
"Good morning." I replied in between kisses. We layed in his bed wrapped around eachother lost in the moment until there was a knock on his door.
Touya broke away, "Go away! I'm busy." He yelled before putting his lips back on mine. The knocking didn't cease so Touya sighed and reluctantly got up to answer the door, at least we both put our underwear back on before going to sleep last night. When he opened the door Shigaraki was standing on the other side, his arms crossed.
"Took you long enough. Sorry to break up your moment or whatever but we just got orders for a kidnapping. Put your clothes on and let's go, you too Hawks." Shigaraki said before walking off. Touya closed the door and looked back at me.
"Continue this later?" I nodded before throwing my clothes from last night on and heading to my room to change. My body was a little sore but I ignored it. Once I finished changing I went into the main area of the base where the rest of the league was already waiting.
Once I was grouped with the rest of the league Shigaraki began, "Now then, this is our target," he started, holding up the picture of our target, "the number five hero, Mirko. We're to bring her back here as a hostage. All For One wants to trade her for some kid from UA."
My eyes widened, they're going after Rumi? I raised my hand, "I'm sorry to disrupt but I should probably sit this one out." I said.
"Why's that?" Shigaraki looked slightly annoyed.
"Ru- Mirko's my best friend. It'd be bad for her to find out I'm working with the league, even if I said it was for undercover work. She could go back to the commission and things would blow up on both ends."
Shigaraki thought for a moment, "Shit, you're right. You'll be helping us in a different way then. Tell her you want her to meet up with you at your apartment, say it's an emergency. Dabi knows where your apartment is so he can lead us there. Call us on the burner phone I'm about to give you when she's on her way and we'll make sure we kidnap her while she's going to your apartment. We'll do it far enough away that you can't be connected in any way, alright?" I nodded, I didn't like the idea of being involved in this at all but I asked to stay here, I had to do it.
Shigaraki gave me the burner phone and dismissed me. I went back to my apartment, my heart tightening with every second that passed. "I'm sorry Rumi."
------------------------------
"Rumi! I need you to come over. I need your help with something. It's urgent. I'll tell you more when you get here." I said, hoping Rumi would agree, she did.
"Alright, I'm on my way Keigo, I'll be there as soon as I can." She hung up. As soon as I set my phone down I took out the burner phone and called Touya.
"She's on her way." I say as soon as Touya picks up the phone.
"Got it, I'll tell Shigaraki. After about 30 minutes go by start texting her, make it seem like you're concerned that she isn't at your apartment yet." Touya ordered before hanging up. I did as Touya said, when 30 minutes had gone by since I called Rumi I took out my phone and texted her.
Rumi, are you ok? No reply, the league succeeded. Another 10 minutes went by, I texted her again. Did something happen? It's been almost an hour, I'm worried about you. 5 more minutes pass and I get a call, it's from the commission. I answer, "Hello?"
"Hawks, we just recieved intel that the league has captured Mirko, they found her phone about 10 minutes from your apartment, do you have any idea what happened?" The head asked.
"I-I don't know. I asked her to come over because I wanted her help with something but that was almost an hour ago. I've been texting her but she hasn't been answering. I was about to call the police when you called." I replied, putting panic in my voice.
The head sighed, "I was hoping we'd have a better lead than that, you don't know where their base is either. Help us search, we're looking around the area for her. There was a note under he phone that said they wanted to exchange her for Izuku Midoriya from UA, maybe they're still around. Call if you find anything." She said before hanging up.
I took off. Of course I knew where Rumi was, but I couldn't go there, that would jeopardize everything. I just flew above the streets for a few hours, making it look like I was searching for Rumi. As the sun was falling I got another phone call from the commission, asking if I found any leads. When I told the head no there was disappointment in her voice. She told me to take tomorrow off and they'll continue the search for Rumi tomorrow and alert me if they found her.
After she hung up I went back to my apartment, throwing myself onto the couch with a sigh. I couldn't help but feel guilty. I knew where Rumi was but I can't go help her. I can't put the league at risk, or myself, either. I know they'll be found eventually, but at least I won't be the reason that they're found. I forced myself off the couch and went to the bathroom to shower, I felt dirty.
When I finished my shower and went to my room, sliding under the covers of my bed. My thoughts were filled with images of Rumi, every now and then images of Touya. I was thinking about what Rumi was going through, what the league was doing to her. I was thinking about what Touya might be doing to her. I should call him tomorrow, get an update on Rumi. I closed my eyes, letting sleep take me away.
