You fixed Akashi's tie and tucked it into his strict suit. It was another day of work for the CEO of the Akashi Enterprise. But it certainly was no ordinary day.
For today was your six years anniversary.
The two of you had been dating ever since you met in your university. You went out for four years before Akashi proposed to you. Now you were his fiancée for two years who would soon become his wife in less than a year.
You were really giddy today. You couldn't wait to see what Akashi's going to surprise you with. He always prepared the best surprise for you.
"Good luck at work today too, Sei." You leaned up and pecked his lips softly. "Will you be home early for-"
"I can't today, (F/N). I have a dinner meeting with important colleagues. I will be home late."
"But, Sei-"
"(F/N), you know that I'm working very hard for us, don't you?" he asked. You lowered your head and nodded. He sighed, kissing your forehead softly before he picked up his briefcase and went for the door. "You don't have to wait for me. You are getting bags under your eyes."
"Mhm. Bye. I love you." you murmured.
"I love you too." He said before he closed the door.
The two of you didn't even look at each other as you said it.
You sighed and sat down on the bed Akashi and you shared. Nowadays, Akashi had been leaving early and coming home very late. He had also been acting very cold towards you. The passionate kisses between you turned into less frequent pecks. You couldn't even remember the last time you had sex.
Was this a part of his surprise?
You had noticed that for the past few months, Akashi had been quite tense at home. Maybe he was preparing another surprise for you and was nervous that you'd find out?
This thought lifted your mood up a little. "Yeah, Sei must've prepared something special for me. Like he always does." You reassured yourself.
Feeling better now, you decided to buy a cake from your favourite bakery and eat it together with Akashi at lunchtime. You changed and used a little bit of make-ups. You wanted to be beautiful on your anniversary.
After you were sure that you didn't look like you had just woken up, you left the luxurious penthouse you lived in with Akashi. You drove the red sports car Akashi bought you for your birthday last year to your favourite bakery and bought some sweets.
Humming, you waltzed into the building of the Akashi Enterprise. People noticed and greeted you politely and you smiled back at them. You rode the elevator to the top level where Akashi's office was located.
You noticed that his secretary's table was empty and shrugged it off. Maybe she had the day off or something.
As you neared the door, you fixed your hair, putting on your brightest smile. You peeked into his office through the tinted glass doors. It's tinted but it's not impossible to look inside.
Your heart nearly stopped.
Because there, on his desk, was strewn paperwork, a spilled mug of coffee and his naked secretary. Akashi's crisp suit was unbuttoned and the tie you had tied for him was removed, used as a makeshift bondage for his secretary. His hips were locked between her legs, the quick thrusting motion notifying you of the truth of the situation.
Your insides immediately ran cold.
The box fell from your hand, dirtying the flawless floor with the cherry pies inside.
