"Aye, you did ya thang up there, as usual." Donbo said passing me a bottle of water.
"Preciate it cuzzo." I said as we dapped hands, "That wind was fucking with me up there though."
"Yeah, I saw, you played that shit off cool, closed out the lil event pretty well. I was talking to Spank behind the scenes and shit, he said he appreciated you for this, he said he was going come find you in a few, one of the producers is talking cash money with him." He said.
I was proud of my niggas, so for the producers to be talking with him, was a big step up. Trap kitchen would be global quicker than they expected.
"Aye, that's wassup. I needa be congratulating his ass." I said as I seen Tristen walk over with a fat ass tray of food. Relly was on one side of her and Mason on the other.
She was stuffing her face which made me laugh, "I hope you got something for me on that plate," I said as she came and sat in the seat next to me.
I dapped up Mason and Relly.
"I didn't, but you can have this piece of shrimp right here." She said pointing and I gave her a stale look.
She laughed at me, "Of course I got you food, it's in your trailer babe," she added and I nodded.
"Thanks, I'm finna go smash that shit," I said getting up.
"Mm, wait baby, I actually have to go. There's an electrical problem going on at my building, I have to meet the electrician there, and don't worry, Cleo is going with me," she said before I could even ask.
She got up and closer her food tray.
I still had my doubts about that Jackson nigga who was behind the construction part and shit, especially with the finish date being extended another week.
"Stop looking like that," Tristen grabbed my chin, "I'm fine. I'll call you when I'm with Cleo, okay?"
"You sure?"
"Yes, I'm sure, Mason is taking me because he brought us. I won't even be alone for two minutes." She said.
"Aight."
"Good," she kissed me, "I love you, I'll see you later."
"Love you too." I said as I watched her and Mason walk off.
I sighed lightly and turned around to see Relly and Donbo staring at me.
I scrunched my eyebrows, "The fuck y'all looking at me for?"
"Shit, just making sure you straight brodie." Donbo said.
"Yeah, you good?" Relly put a hand on my shoulder.
"Yeah, I'm straight." I said to the both of them as we went towards my trailer.
After Tristen left, I pretty much had lost my appetite. I was too occupied with waiting on her to respond while I was on the way to the studio.
