Jaemin: Y/n lies a lot when it comes to protecting people from her family, I need to know

Y/n: I hate the mornings, did I even get sleep?

Maid: Someone wish for you to join them for breakfast

Y/n: are they my parents?

Maid: Yes ma’am

Y/n: I will join them in a few minutes, may you inform them that?

Maid: Yes I will *closes the door*

Y/n: Things feel like they are going to change. Maybe they are kind now towards me because I am all alone and will do anything they ask for

Y/n: maybe they changed after Jinae passed away. I miss Jaemin *looks at the flower from their first day* He gave this to me when he asked about my real life *sits down*

Maid: Ma’am your parents are asking for you to bring Jinae’s letter with you

Y/n: I will come down now, Thanks Nora *walks out with the letter*

In the dining room- Author’s point of view
Y/n was a bit unsure how she should react to her parents' kindness. She left everyone over again and now Woojin is included.

She hasn’t called or messages him after he confessed, Y/n didn’t react in a good way. The last thing she got from Jaemin was that he wishes to forget her or Jeno told her so because Y/n lied.

Jeno is working with Jaemin, so Y/n feels like the two of them are safe. Y/n is happy that everyone is safe but she is unsure if she is safe.

Mother: did we wake you up?

Y/n: No I was awake and I am a bit tired

Father: I came home at 3 AM, you slept like a baby

Y/n; Did you come into my room?

Father: wanted to see if you were here and it was ice cold in your room

Mother: You should eat something, here *gives her the different food*

Y/n: I brought the letter that was left for me by Jinae

Father: we already read it and we wanted you to know that Jinae made us understand things differently. You may as well read it out loud

Mother: let her eat first-

Y/n: No I don’t eat breakfast, but I will read it
