Jeno: I saw her

Jaemin: *shock* When? Where? How?

Jeno: I saw her when I passed by the workplace of her friends’

Jaemin: did you speak to her?

Jeno: Ehm…kind of-

Jaemin: is she doing fine? Is my Y/n alright?

Jeno: you aren’t asking why she didn’t contact you?

Jaemin: she has a complicated life, there is a reason for all

Jeno: What would be the reason for you to give up?

Jaemin: dumb question, if she didn’t love me why should I waste my time, then I should start forgetting her. Even if that will be the hardest thing I will ever do in life

Jeno: you asked how she is doing, right?

Jaemin: Yes, I remember-

Jeno: you should ask her yourself *hands him the phone*

Jaemin: that’s my phone, shouldn’t I get yours? Why doesn't she want to see me?

Jeno: she said if you called this once, she would pick up. Also, don’t waste the time, she said she would have to hang up fast

Jaemin: why does she have to hang up fast?

Jeno: I don’t know, she told me to say so

The phone call-
Jaemin: Y/n? Is that you?

Y/n: *Happy cries* Yes, it's me!

Jaemin: I am holding my tears back! Why aren’t you here?

Y/n: I can explain it all to you later when I do have time and when nobody cares about us being together

Jaemin: Why don’t we have the time now? Why won't you see me?

Y/n: Jaemin, all I can say for now is that I love you and you have to trust me

Jaemin: Y/n, I feel like I need more than just you saying I love you

Jaemin: I wish for an explanation and I deserve more than just I will explain later

Y/n: Jaemin, I love you, and no matter what happens my words stay strong *hangs up*

Jaemin: I love you too Y/n, hello? Did she hang up?

Jeno: I told you she had no time

Jaemin: it was like she knew I was worried about her love for me

Jeno: I know nothing at all, but maybe something will happen that’s why she confirmed her love for you?

Jaemin: what could possibly happen? It’s weird how we love each other but still haven’t gone into a relationship

Jeno: it’s true, you two never dated *checks his phone*

Jaemin: why does she never explain anything? I am not that dumb to understand

Jeno: *places his hand over Jaemin’s shoulder* No, you are unique

Y/n point of view- The next day
I couldn’t sleep all night. Too much was inside of my mind. Jaemin on the left and my parents on the right. I didn’t even lay my head down on the bed before 4 AM.

I tried to keep myself awake in case my parents hire someone to kill Woojin while he was asleep. I walked around in our apartment looking like a psychopath. Even now my eyes are fully black like oil from the sea and my body is just as heavy as the weight the rock lifts.

Each second my head fell forward and my eyes closed wishing I could sleep, but I was too scared. Calling Jaemin was a bad idea, soon he will hate me for never explaining anything. How much longer will he last why my complicated life?

Woojin is working day and night earning money to make a living for the two of us. He never shows how exhausted he is but I can see it when he is about to sleep, it doesn’t take 1 minute before he is fully passed out.

I hate how I have to live a runaway life to keep everyone safe. Souji was right, I harm everyone when I believe I am saving them from my family. Jeno also had a small fight with Jaemin because of me. I hate it.
