Thief of Space saw me and froze. "Oh... Icefire... What are you doing here?"

I gasped for breath, "BLAINE! ELEMENTS! PROPHECY!"

Faven Xiet crossed his arms. "What?"

Thief of Space glared at me. "Come again?"

I sighed, "There's this prophecy about elements... I had a vision, and someone is trying to KILL US!"

Thief of Space smirked, "Haha, very funny."

I whispered, "It's not a joke..."

Faven Xiet just watched me.

Thief of Space glared at me with beady white eyes. "Okay, it was funny the first time. You can stop now."

I stomped my foot. "I'M NOT LYING!"

Thief of Space nearly growled, "Yes. You. Are. Now leave me alone!"

I grabbed her cloak. "WHY ARE YOU SO MEAN TO ME?! I AM TRYING TO WARN YOU!"

She pushed me away and yelled, "BACK OFF!"

I screamed again, "I WANT TO HELP YOU!"

Thief of Space yelled back, "I DON'T NEED YOUR HELP! I DON'T NEED YOU!" She gasped after what she said.

I stared speechlessly at Thief of Space.

Thief of Space regained her posture and nodded proudly. "Yeah. Yeah, I said it."

I felt my eyes waver for a moment. I faced Faven Xiet nervously and asked, "D-Do you see me as a liar, too?"

He answered harshly, "You are a stubborn, lying, and useless girl."

I bit my lip and backed away. "Y-You don't really think that, do you?"

Thief of Space looked away with sadness.

Faven Xiet did nothing.

I whispered, "We're friends... Aren't we?"

Thief of Space looked away. "I'm sorry, Icefire," she mumbled.

Faven Xiet stared at me, as if he could care less.

"Faven- J'Hero Bro, you're my friend..."

Faven Xiet huffed loudly. "Am I?"

"YES!"

Faven Xiet shrugged and said sarcastically, "Well, I guess if we are friends..."

I waited, but he never continued. I was hurt. I was offended. "... And we are..."

Faven Xiet continued, "We should respect each other."

I sighed, relieved. "Oh, good, for a minute I thought you were-"

"I don't respect you."
