Mr. Boss man

When starting my new job I didn't think that having a one night stand with a man would lead to him being my Boss. Not only my boss he is the CEO. I tried to keep my distance and I did til he seen me in the hall one day and then i found myself in his office. 

"Miss. Sanders." He says leaning back in his chair

"Hey Bentley" I say softly

"So you work here?" He says

"Yeah almost a year now." I tell him

"Why didn't you say anything?" He asks

"Because I have a boyfriend now and it doesn't matter. It was one night" I say shrugging

"A boyfriend huh?" He says

"Yeah. What we had was almost two years ago. I met Jake and the rest is history" I say with a small smile

My phone rings and I pull it out and my eyes widen. 

"I'm sorry I have to take this" I tell him

He nods and I answer the phone. 

"Jake?" i say 

I listen and my body stiffens. 

"What do you mean she is sick" I shout

I listen again and my hand trembles. 

"I'm leaving now. If you so much as leave her for one second your won't have to worry about your hand cause you will be missing your balls you jackass" I snap at him

I hang up and when i look up my eyes widen. 

"Shit sorry. i have to go. emergency" I say stuffing my phone into my pocket

"Everything ok?" He asks 

"No. my daughter is sick" I say 

His eyes widen and he nods and I run out. 

Bentley's POV

I pull up her background check and nothing mentions a daughter. I sigh and sit back and grumble to myself. I go on with business as usual and before I knew it a week had passed and I hadn't heard anything from Trinity. I call down to her office but someone else answered. 

"This is Bailey how may I help you?" She says

"Bailey this is Mr. Hail. Is Miss. Sanders available?" I ask 

"I'm Mr. Hail but Miss. Trinity was let go a few days ago" She says

"By whom?" I ask

"Ms. Addison" She whispers

"Please go tell Addison to come to my office please" I say 

"Yes sir" She says and I hang up

Ten minutes later Addison walks in and stands in front of my desk.

"Where is Miss Sanders?" I ask

"Fired her for her lame excuse of her daughter being sick. She doesn't have kids" She says rolling her eyes

"Your fired" I say 

Her eyes widen and her jaw drops. 

"but" She starts

"You fired one of my employees over a assumption. Miss Sanders does have a daughter that is very sick" I snap at her

Her eyes widen and she goes to open her mouth and Brent steps in.

"Get out" He commands

She sniffles but runs out and he closes the door. 

"I heard. May wanna check on the poor girl" He says
