Polly, Betty, and Jughead all sat in front of the television watching a Halloween special. It was just about that time of the year again.

FP and Alice watched them from the kitchen with a cup of hot coco in their hands. "When I tell you I found the cutest teddy bear costume for Jackie I mean it's the cutest little thing."

"It'll go great with what I'm going to be." FP cheekily smiled. He thought it was funny how that worked out.

"And what's that?"

"A lumberjack and I think he's got lucky and found a baby bear in the woods."

"FP, you look like Paul Bunyan every day. You could have been more creative." She shook her head.

"I was. Just not for me." FP defends himself. "Guess who wants to be a ghost?"

"Who?"

"Jellybean," He pointed at the little girl who came running in. "Isn't that right, baby?"

"Boo," The two year old said.

"It'll be easy. I'll just cut some eye holes into an old bed sheet." FP picked her up and sat her on his lap. He offered her a marshmallow.

"Better not be any of my good sheets," Alice eyed him. She smiled at the toddler though. "She would make a cute Boo. You know, the little girl from Monsters, Inc."

"That would have been great but she really does want to be a ghost."

"Ghost go boo!" Jellybean tried to make a scary face.

"You're going to be one scary ghost," FP attacked her cheeks with kisses.

"I have the right outfit ready to be a detective. Maybe now that I know there will be a ghost in the house my skills will be much needed."

"You want to know where the most activity can be found in this house?" FP wiggled his eyebrows.

Alice fought back a growing sly smile. "Don't you start with your jokes."

"Dad!" Charles yelled from upstairs. He started making his way down the stairs. He turned at the bottom of the staircase and into the kitchen. "Can I borrow the truck?"

"What for?"

"My friends and I want to go watch a movie at the drive in."

"Okay, the keys are on the counter."

"Thanks," He scooped them right up. "I'll be back later."

"Don't get home too late!" Alice told him.

"I'll be home straight after the movie!" Charles grabbed a jacket from the hall closet before walking out.

"Drive safe!" FP yelled at him before the door shut.
