Come on, please work!

I said to my phone as I kept on waiting for it to re-charge.

It was drained of battery from all my phone calls earlier.

Nice timing!

"The hotel phone!" Another flash of brilliant idea got diffused immediately when I remembered that I kept his number in my cellphone directory.

And since my phone is currently dead, I'm screwed.

Of course, his number was not listed on the public directory.

And I will not call my brother just to ask for his number in the middle of the night.

No way!

Well, at least I learned that he did not have a girlfriend, ever.

And that I think I like him.

That last part was a spur of the moment kind of thing since I just suddenly blurted it out, meaning I am unconsciously thinking about it and my feelings have awakened.

I was about to tell him that I never had a boyfriend ever either and he was, I think, telling me something important when this thing went kaput.

Oh well, half of my questions got answered.

At least now I could sleep and get a night's rest.

I laid my head on the pillow and just like that I immediately went into slumber.
