GAMORA || First blade

Your older brother had always been fun and exciting, and you were closer to him than anybody else in your life. Peter was the perfect older brother. You had become attached to his girlfriend, Gamora too, well you did live with them, it was hard not to. She was kind too, serious on the outside, but once you got to know her she could crack jokes and make you laugh nonstop.

As your birthday quickly approached, she'd taken you shopping for a present from her and Peter while he and the rest of the guardians went on a test drive of the ship. You spent a while in each shop, listening to the aliens try to make you buy their products for too many units. You didn't see anything that stood out to you, it was all a bit of a let down, but then you saw a stall that immediately made your heart soar. It housed weapons of all kinds, guns, bombs, bats and of course, your favourites, blades.

You'd never had one because Peter was far too overprotective, but since you were with Gamora, who could wield a blade like a goddess, maybe you could get one. You ran over and Gamora followed quickly. You wrapped your hand around the handle of one of them, a beautiful blue and silver one, and held it up. You loved it. It was amazing.
Gamora came behind you and glanced up at it, "wow, that's a nice blade Y/N,"

"Can I get it, please?!" You begged.

She looked hesitant, "Peter has said no before, plus you have no idea how to use one, you could hurt yourself!"

You cut her off, "but you can teach me so I won't! That way I'll be just as good of a warrior as you!"

She thought for a moment before finally sighing and giving in, buying you your first ever blade.
