"What else would make him so nervous?" Viv responded before walking back towards her tent, where Liam was taking his mid-day nap.
Marcie stood by the Cherokee with the boys, all gathered around a map to discuss their next move in finding Sophia.
"The creek flows south, past that farmhouse Daryl found. Maybe Sophia dropped the doll there, the current brought it downstream." Rick suggested,
"So what, you think she took this road here and then she went north?" Shane asked,
Rick nodded, "Yeah, think so."
Marcie turned to Jimmy, "What's up that way?" She asked, placing her hands on her waist,
"A housing development. It went in maybe 10 years ago." He answered,
"Take a run up there after gun practice. I'll hold down the fort here, but take backup." Rick told Shane, "After what went down with Daryl, I don't want anyone going out alone. We stay in pairs."
"I'll take suggestions on a partner." Shane stated as Glenn went over to them with a bucket of peaches,
"See how they do on the range, then take your pick." Rick replied,
Marcie watched as Glenn stared at Rick for a little too long, then glanced back at Lori, then over to Shane.
Shane narrowed his eyes at the younger man as he chewed on the peach, "My binoculars."
Glenn set down the bucket, "Yeah, yeah." He handed Shane the binoculars before avoiding eye contact and walking off, "Okay, bye."
Marcie and Rick exchanged a look. She shrugged before taking a bite of the fruit.
Beth and Patricia walked up behind them, "We'd like to join you for gun training today." Beth stated,
"Hershel's been very clear. I can't involve any of you in what we do without his okay." Rick replied,
"He doesn't like it, but he consented." Beth told him,
"Otis was the only one who knew gun. Now that he's gone, we gotta learn to protect ourselves. Her father saw the sense in that." Patricia continued,
