I'm stressing over Christmas shopping, thank God Alex is free and is not yet done with her gift hunting she kept me company.
"Ano Ye? Madami pa ba yan?" She asked me as I scan my list of inaanaks, friends and relatives.
"Almost done but I have a problem." I stopped walking and faced Alex.
"Whut?" Brows raised she asked.
"I don't know still what to give Kiefer." I sighed.
Isang buwan ko ng pinagiisipan what to give him, kinukulit ko pa nga fishing what he wants pero yung subtle asking lang ah para di obvious.
"Shoes, di ba shoe geek naman boyfriend mo?" Den told me in a matter of fact tone.
"He has plenty of that na eh. I wanted to give him something different. Yung tipong hindi niya always nakukuha.. I'm running out." Naalala ko what I gave him nung first birthday niya na we're together.
Nababaliw na ko kakaisip, he has everything already. Ano pang ibibigay ko? It's our first Christmas na magkasama, I want it to be memorable.

"Nakakabanas naman why we have to go sa mismong araw ng pasko pa. May pamilya kaya tayo." I hissed at Von.
"Kaya nga paps, kaso wala. Nakapagcommit na yung team eh." He said without looking away from his phone. Sinilip ko yung ginagawa niya, and smirked.
"Alam mo walang mangyayari kung puros stalk ka lang kay Lau. Mabait naman yun, kausapin mo din kasi. Lagi mo kasing sinusungitan kapag anjan tapos kapag wala babad ka insta at twitter niya." Biro ko, agad napatingin si Von sa paligid at akmang susuntukin ako buti di umabot, tawa ako ng tawa.
"Shit ka Kiefer ang ingay mo!" Sita niya sakin.

I can't help but smile after reading her reply. I've got such sweet baby. Napailing na lang si Von when he saw me.
"Can't believe we'll be spending our first ever christmas not together." I told Von who too looked sympathetic.

I know Mika is most probably laughing right now because of my reply. Korning korni siya kapag tinatawag ko siyang Bebe q, pero namumula naman. Sabi ko nga, "Kilig ka din bebe q eh." And she'll punch my arm.
"Don't you worry brader, I could feel many holidays that you two will be spending together." When Von said it I looked up at him, he gave me a sincere smile. Napailing ako. Everyone could see what I could too.

"Ye matatapos nga tayo sa pamimili niyan." Sita ni Den sakin.
"Sabihan mo nga muna si Kiefer na manahimik para maaga tayong matapos." Dagdag pa niya sabay ngiti. I immediately put away my phone.
"Sorry na, sinabi ko na. Busy ako." I beamed at her causing her to shake her head.
"Ano bibili ka ba for your in laws?" She asked me while checking out a rack of polo shirts in Fred Perry.
"Sabi ni Kief sabay na kami maghanap for Mama and Papa saka sa parents niya." Sagot ko habang tumitingin din.
"Naks, iba na talaga." Biro ni Alex sabay labas kami sa store. The saleslady thanked us and we both nodded.
While walking mahahalata mong may mga nakatingin samin.
"Iba ka talaga Ye, kahit saan kilala." Bulong ni Alex sakin, hinampas ko siya ng mahina sa braso.
"Ikaw din naman." I shyly replied.
"Sus, they know you not me." Alex uttered, sakto may lumapit samin for a photo.
"Ate Ye, pwede po pa picture?" The girl said and I smiled getting ready for a photo. Being a UAAP player you kinda have to get used to the celebrity feels lalo na kung ang boyfriend mo ay isang, Kiefer Ravena.
We said thank you sa mga nagpapicture at umalis na. Pumasok kami sa Forever 21.
"Nakaisip ka na what to give to Kiefer?" Den asked me. Nafrustrate nanaman ako.
"Hindi pa, bahala siya nakakainis." Maktol ko, with matching stomping of feet pa. Tawa tuloy ng tawa si Alex.
"Topak ka talaga."
After the dreadful christmas shopping we went to a restaurant to eat, while waiting for our food to be served we both checked our phones.
I am left with a message from Kiefer not long ago.

Bebe q...😔😔 Andito po ako sa bahay na, just call me kapag pwede ka na sunduin ah? I love you. 😚😘
Napangiti naman ako, naiinip na to.

U bummed na po? 😏 Hihi, I love you too. We done na. 💃💃 Pero andito kami sa Tokyo Tokyo waiting for our food. 🍤🍱🍤 My tummy is complaining already. 😝😝
After sending the message I got a notification.
Facetime request from 💝💝💝.
"Naiinip ka na nga." Bungad ko sa kanya. By the looks of it nasa kwarto lang to nakahiga, hindi man lang nahiya sakin wala nanamang shirt na suot.
"Just checking up on you. Naalarma ako bebe nung sabi mo gutom ka na. Alam mo naman ayaw ko nagugutom ka." Sagot niya tawa tuloy ako ng tawa.
"Mag-hi ka kay Den." Hinarap ko yung phone kay Alex na busy sa phone niya, ngumiti si Den na walang mata.
"Hi Denn! Salamat sa pagalaga at bantay kay bebe q." Lalong nawalan ng mata si Den nung tumawa.
"Ikaw pa lakas mo sakin Phenom." Sagot ni Alex.
"Hindi ka talaga marunong mahiya minsan no?" Sabi ko sa kanya nung nakaharap na ulit sakin ang phone.
"Basta para sayo walang hiya hiya bebe." Kiefer said with eyes winking pa.
"Naks, lakas." Den commented, tss. Nakakahiya tuloy.
"Gawa mo po? Bukod sa paghiga jan at pagpapakita ng magubat mong kilikili?" I smirked at him.
"Grabe ka babe, eto iniisip ka." He said playfully, I felt my cheeks heating up.
"Nakamanputs!" Side comment nanaman ni Den.
I should've put used earphones.
Kiefer
Paguwi ko sa bahay everyone's out. Dumiretso ako sa kwarto, opened the television and scanned for something good to watch to kill time.
My phone vibrates and when I saw it was from my Baby, I got a little excited and called her.
Facetime.
We were talking up until her food arrived, binaba ko na lang para makakain siya.
I opened instagram at nangulit muna dun.
Mika
"Ang sweet ni Achi Mel saka si Kuya Matt." Den commented putting her phone down and sipping from her red tea.
"Oo nga eh, trip to Bohol. Regalo ni Kuya Matt no?" Sagot ko.
"Yup, birthday gift. Ganda sa Bohol." Alex said and we both continued eating.
Took me an hour and a half drive from Mall of Asia to our dorm beside DLSU due too much traffic.
"Grabe, buti automatic yung kotse pagod na pagod ako dun." Sabi ko pagpasok namin sa kwarto namin, hilata agad ako sa kama leaving all my shopping bags at the floor.
"Sakli."
After 15 minutes I called Kiefer to come pick me up.
"Baby don't bring na your car. Can you commute? Sobrang mahihirapan ka kapag nagdrive ka." I told Kiefer.
"Actually that's my plan. Sabi ni Pauly samahan niya ako hanggang Taft kasi baka daw pagkaguluhan ako sa LRT ang gwapo ko pa naman." He said looking smug.
"Oo na, ikaw na. Sige bihis ka na po, I'll wait for you. Ingat sa LRT yung wallet po ah?" Paalala ko. Mahirap na baka madukutan pa siya.
"Yes baby, don't worry. Love you!"
"Love you too." I responded before ending our call.
Kiefer
I dislike riding LRTs sobrang crowded kasi, tapos wala pang paki-alam ang mga tao. Minsan makikita mo kung sino pa yung lalaki siya pa ang nakaupo. Tsk!
The only consolation is, not an hour later nasa Taft na ko.
"Paulyboy thanks ah." Tumango lang si Pauly.
"Ge paps, una na ko. May puntahan ako dun eh." Paalam ni Pauly.
"Daming chicks!" Biro ko.
Tinext ko na si Mika kanina saying na andito na ko sa harap ng dorm nila.
"B!" Lumabas siya looking so fresh, as always. I gave her a wide smile pero mejo nabawasan when I saw her bright legs again.
"Babe, commute tayo." Sabi ko. She frowns.
"Oo nga babe, commute tayo bakit?" Syempre di niya nanaman alam.
"Ganyan ka na?" Tanong ko.
"Oo. Lagi naman akong ganito kapag umaalis tayo. Bakit?" Pumapayag ako ng ganun kapag may dala kaming sasakyan pero kasi..
"Tsk. Sige sige, labas mo na lang yung payong." Bakit ba kasi ang oblivious ng girlfriend ko?
Mika checked the skies, nagtataka malamang bakit nanghihingi ako ng payong.
"Hindi naman makulimlim. Tinatamad ako magdala ng payong B." She replied.
"Ako naman po magdadala." I snort out.
"Di naman uulan, para san pa yun?" Kunot noo niyang tanong, pasalamat talaga to cute siya eh.
"Para may pangtusok ako sa mga mata mamaya." I said in a low voice.
"What?" Frowning she asked.
"Wala B, sabi ko para boyscout laging handa." Weirded out she went back inside their dorm and getting the umbrella I asked for.
Mika
Ang gulo gulo ni Kiefer, I knew he does not appreciate my wearing of this shorts right now pero ayaw niyang sabihin kaya bahala siya. I'll oblige naman kapag sinabi niyang magpalit ako.
He's holding my hand as we cross the streets, hatak hatak niya lang ako na para bang siya pa ang taga dito at ako pa ang dayo. I let him, I actually love the feeling of being taken care off.
Prinsesa feels.
My idea of commute was riding jeepneys pero hindi pumayag si Kiefer. Akala niya di ko naririnig mga side comments niya pero I could hear his tantrums at ang sarap niyang inisin lalo.
"Ayan na yung jeep." Ipapara ko na sana pero pinigilan niya ako.
"Wag na yan." Sabi niya.
"Yuyuko ka pa jan edi lalong umikli yang suot mo." He murmured na talagang nakapagpatawa sakin, kunot na kunot ang noo niya at ang haba haba na ng nguso niya sa inis.
And for the nth time, sa kanya lang. Sa possessiveness lang niya ako hindi naiinis. Usually when someone restricts me naiirita ako, feeling ko they're controlling me. I told Kiefer that back when we're still getting to know each other better kaya siguro ganito to. Takot na mairita ako, funny this is.. Kinikilig pa nga ako eh.
I leaned on his shoulders pagkasakay namin ng taxi.
"Wag ka na masungit. Love naman kita." I said in a low voice only him could hear and pinched his nose.
Kiefer
I don't want to sound too bossy kaya kahit ayaw kong paalisin siya with that too exposed legs hindi ako nagsalita pero nakakabanas lang kasi na hawak ko na nga kamay niya, dikit na dikit na ko may mga sumusulyap at nagdadalawang tingin pa talaga. Tss!
Nung pumara siya ng jeep pinigil ko agad, imagine? Sa tangkad nito todo yuko yan kapag sumakay ng jeep edi lalong umikli suot niyan? Tsss!
Tapos mukhang tuwang tuwa pa siya sa frustrations ko. Kung ako kaya bumisita sa kanya ng walang shirt? Tssss talaga!
Pagkasakay namin ng taxi naramdaman kong pinisil niya ang kamay ko. Okay mejo kumakalma na ko.
"Wag ka na masungit, love naman kita." Mika said in a uberly cute voice I could never resist.
She leaned her head on my shoulders, pinched my nose.
Wala na, my issues vanished in thin air.
"You know me too well." I said to her, kissing the back of her hand that I'm holding.
Mika
We're having a very good date not until he told me the bad news.
I was looking forward to spending Christmas with him tapos wala pala siya dito sa pasko dahil sa basketball commitment niya.
Mejo naging grumpy ako hanggang sa ihatid niya ako pauwi at nagpasundo siya sa driver niya.
"Sorry baby, bawi po ako sa New Year. Promise andito ako nun." Sabi niya kissing my forehead bago umalis. Hindi ako umimik ang gave him a weakling smile.
Malungkot akong papasok sa dorm ng bigla kong naalala.
"Kuya Matt's gift to Achi Mel!" I blurted out.
An idea struck me. Agad akong tumakbo papunta sa kwarto namin at tinawagan si Mama.
"Sana pumayag!" I said to myself, hoping.
