So recently (meaning legit like today - considering its 11 something, and yesterday hasn't happened yet, but anyways) I got a PM from a 'publisher', speaking of my story IIT.
And in this PM the so called 'publishing editor' from 'FicFun' says how they want to 'sign my story with them' and that they would pay me 100 bucks.
My problem that I'm coming to you all with is that I smell a scam. A whole nasty scam that I'm not down for, and if it is a nasty scam RED FLAG RED FLAG! Please let everyone on WATTPAD know about this.
If there is anyone who has also gotten this email, please comment or PM me saying it's a scam cause you've done the research and investigating and so on and so forth. Or that you've gotten the same email and have questions as well as me.
I know it's kind of wrong for me to doubt so quickly. But you know that gut feeling that says something isn't write about a situation???
That's the feeling I've got right now.
