Chapters 1-7
Kitten reader hasn't been exposed to the FULL extent of life at the manor. Still young, naive and optimistic. Poor cinnabun.
Chapters 9-27
You're now matured and aware of how the Phantomhives work. Still optimistic and sweet. Maybe even a slightly dark sense of humor, but barely shown. You also tend to show a substantial amount of your intelligence.
Chapters 28-30
Well... the life you're leading is beginning to show. Now you've earned your scars. Scars you don't regret getting. Now that you're seeing the true nature of the life you're living... you begin to lose your hold on the dark humor. As well as innocence. You also don't hesitate to show a bit more of your intelligence.
Currently
....ahem. you uh... you've pretty much lost any form of innocent and restraint on sarcasm. And you show sentience to just about any of Ciel's enemies since they don't usually last long enough to tell the tale. And you do it to his patrons as well just to mess with them.
