Your POV:

I thought that falling into a cold sleep was easy enough when I did. With the nighttime announcement starting at 10 pm, and Kokichi talking to me after, I was able to fall asleep. What I didn't realize at the time was that said "cold sleep" would be a perfect place to inhibit nightmares.
I thought I was in a cold sleep, but soon, my mind started to play imagery that I couldn't exactly control unless I was lucid dreaming. I didn't even think it was possible to sleep in the situation I was in, more or less dream. Anything was possible at this point though.
Images of every one of my friends here were prominent in my dream. Rantaro was prominent as well, and I was spending time with him in the dream as if our relationship was back to normal. We were holding hands, roaming the halls of the school as well as spending time with every one of my friends here. Everyone was getting along, but one thing I did notice but failed to comprehend was the fact that Kokichi wasn't there.
The dream went like this for what felt like awhile. I looked at Rantaro with a smile before going back to my mannerisms. At that moment, the warmth of Rantaro's hand around mine was gone. I looked up to see what had happened. Rantaro somehow disappeared from where he was.
I was scared. I had no idea where he went. I was standing alone in the halls, and it wasn't just Rantaro who had disappeared. Everyone had, and I was terrified. I found myself frantically running around the school to see where everyone went. I had no idea if this was a dream or not anymore. It felt real to me. The fear I felt when everyone disappeared... it felt real.
I didn't talk while I searched the school. Everything was now way too quiet. It was awhile if searching through the halls, dining halls, and even gym. I had no luck though.
Before I could feel even more upset and stressed from not finding anyone, my body was suddenly pulled back. The force of my body being pulled back was shocking enough that my breathing started to get frantic. As my body was being pulled throughout the halls, the scenery was fading away. The feeling of my body being pushed felt like there were strings connected to my body, pulling me to an unknown location.
The scenery around me was fading to black as I was pulled away. It was a lot quicker than I thought it would be as my body suddenly stopped. The scenery had faded into complete darkness, so I had no idea where I was. The only thing I could make out was the sound of my heart beat ringing in my ears. I was panting lightly from shock, as well as trying to keep my breathing normal.
The feeling of not knowing my whereabouts... the darkness and the missing stimulation from all of my senses. I couldn't help but feel anxious as I stood there in darkness, not knowing what was in store for me at this point. I couldn't see or feel everything around me.
It felt like I was standing in pitch darkness for awhile, standing there and letting anxiety over flood my other senses. Maybe if I called out, someone would answer.
"Hello!" I called out, panic rising in my voice, "is anyone here?"
As soon as the words left my mouth, brightness flooded my senses. In response to the brightness that was now flooding my eyes, I brought my hands up to cover my face. The sudden flash of light burned my eyes, but I had no choice but to get used to it.
As soon as my sight was cleared after slowly exposing my eyes to the brightness, my hands fell to my sides. I didn't see anything in the room when I was getting used to the brightness, but I had a weird gut feeling that was telling me to not look. My eyes were closed because of this, but I knew it wouldn't be for long. As much as I wanted to listen, I couldn't.
I opened my eyes, and almost instantly... my blood froze. I could make out metal walls, as well as the painting machine and washing machine from the Exisal Hanger. I could make out the hydraulic press but there was something different here.
Scattered all around the Exisal Hanger, I saw the bodies of my classmates, their blood pooling on the floor of the Exisal Hanger. Kaede's body was strung up from the metal beams of the hanger. Kirumi's body was on the floor, looking like she had been pushed off from a large height and left there to die. Ryoma had a knife impaling his stomach, while Angie had a deep gash in her neck.
Sweat rolled down my face as my body began to tremble. I could feel a sick feeling rushing to my stomach as I continued to look at the bodies of my classmates. Tenko looked battered and beaten, which was most likely her cause of death, and Miu had rope marks around her neck, signifying that she was strangled. Gonta looked like he was crushed by something heavy, most likely an Exisal, and Kaito had blood dribbling down his mouth as he laid there. It looked like he was poisoned because there was no external injury.
No matter how hard I wanted to look away, shock kept me from doing so. It felt like an invisible force was keeping me from moving my head. I could feel bile starting to rise in my throat as I tried to keep it down. Maki's body had multiple stab marks present on her body, and Shuichi's windpipe look crushed. Kiyo had a knife in his stomach, his entrails leaking out against the cold metal floor, and Himiko's body was crumpled on the floor. Keebo was dismantled, an oil like fluid leaving his body, but there was one more person. Rantaro. His eyes were widened in shock as he not only suffered blunt force trauma, but also had multiple stab marks throughout his body. It looked like he suffered a lot.
I was terrified and shocked. My breathing started to pick up as soon as I realized everything. Everyone was dead, and I couldn't tell whether it was real or not.

Suddenly, my body lurched forward, my eyes opening. I was breathing heavily as my body was broken out into a cold sweat. The room I was in was dark, and I could make out the distinct feeling of metal encased around my hands. I was breathing for a few moments, letting myself calm down. I was no longer in the hanger. I was in the bathroom where I was before. I could now barely see anything in the bathroom because the lights were off. That meant....
"It was just a bad dream...." I muttered.
Upon that realization, my body slumped over slightly, a look of relief forming itself on my face. It wasn't real. What I had just seen was just a dream. Everyone was still alive, and I was relieved about that.
I was still slightly shaken up by the dream because it felt so real to me. Seeing the bodies of everyone in my dream made me want to puke in real life. I didn't even want to think that everyone would die like that. My mind was one for thinking on the worst possible scenario, and that was stressful.
There was one bad thing about having a nightmare in my situation though. Instead of being tired like I used to be, I was now wide awake, fearing falling asleep due to the sheer fact that I didn't want to see everyone's mangled bodies again.
I couldn't bring myself to see that again, and I knew that if I tried to fall asleep again, I would have some sort new nightmare. I didn't want to see anything like this again. Against my own thoughts from before I tried sleeping, I decided to stay awake. I could no longer sleep, the images I saw from my dream haunting my mind. I couldn't do anything about that. All I could do was wait...

Miu's POV:

Since we had that stupid ass discussion with Craptaro about rescuing (y/n), I have been working in my lab to try and perfect the device I once gave to her after that playboy came back to life. I wanted to increase the range on the camera interference to be more than just the room the device was in as well as the white noise function of the machine to help hinder sounds.
It was nighttime, but I gave zero fucks about that. I pulled multiple all nighters to finish the computer, and that thing got my body to tingle in ways I didn't even think was possible. That wasn't even important right now, even if I was a gorgeous girl genius.
I knew I had to focus on the task at hand. Someone like me would never think of helping, but I felt like I owed it to (y/n). I hated this fucking situation we were all in, and I hated Kokichi for it. He was the one to blame for fuckin' everything.
I smashed my hand on the work table that held the compact device I was building in frustration. The speaker looking device wobbled and shook as my fist hit the table. My teeth were gritted as my fist trembled in anger.
"If only I could wipe that smug look off of that psycho's face," I muttered, "I want to fucking beat him to death for the shit he fuckin' pulled!"
I could feel myself grow even more angry, but not just at Kokichi. I know that Rantaro brought up some "okay" points in his conversation with us earlier today, but I was still pissed off at him too.
That fuckin' playboy justified his stupid ass actions by blaming it on a video of himself. I didn't think that was any fuckin' excuse to do what he did. He caused the person that saved his life to harm themself, and the reason I was so pissed off is probably because she saved my own fuckin' life.
It was frustrating to me that he was stooping so low to ask for my help when he avoided everyone aside from (y/n) after he bruised his fuckin' ego. The thing that pissed me off the most was that I was actually helping the bastard. Just because he put on a sad face doesn't mean that I *had* to help him. The only reason I was helping that bastard in the first place was to rescue (y/n) and get rid of that purple haired bastard.
Just thinking about all of this drama bullshit pissed me off to no avail. In another steam of frustration, I slammed my hand onto my work table once more, but as soon as that happened, I felt my hand go through something. Not only did I feel that, but I felt pain in my hand as soon as I slammed my hand onto the table, as if something scratched it in multiple places.
As soon as my rage calmed down in response to the feeling of pain, my face instantly went blank and froze. The hand that I slammed against the table was atop the finalized white machine device I was working on, but the device was now smashed. That wasn't the only thing though. Droplets of pink started to ooze from my black fingerless glove as my hand still was in a fist.
(For the love of god Miu, you had ONE job)
It took me a few seconds to realize what I had just done. I was staring down at the device blankly, and once I realized my mistake, I let out an angry shout.
"Are you fuckin' kidding me!?" I shouted, "god fuckin' damnit!"
To put it simply, my dumb ass broke the fuckin' white noise machine I was working on in my rage. This meant I either had to fix the one that I had just fuckin' smashed, or I'd have to start over. Now along with being frustrated with Cockichi and Craptaro, I was also frustrated with myself for breaking something that would be important to rescue (y/n).
"Now I have to fuckin' rebuild this thing!" I shouted, "but it shouldn't take long for this gorgeous girl genius."
It never really took too long for me to create something. This was a slight hitch in what we would need for whatever plan we were going to come up with, but instead of acting like a pleb about it, I took my moment to be pissed off at myself, but now I was going to rebuild the device.
Maybe I should do a redesign on it and make it do more than what it's supposed to do. I could soup up a boring device such as this, so there was more of an advantage. I actually had an idea for what I could do.
If I really wanted to, I could program a bomb on the device and have it go off when Kokichi or Monokuma came into contact with it. I guess what Rantaro mentioned stuck with me. The psycho mastermind was better off dead. And if I had to rig my own devices to make that happen, I would.
It was an idea that I had, and I wanted to go along with it. But I needed a small break to get the rest of my anger into check, perhaps a nap so I remain aware on what was going on. I groaned slightly, knowing that I still messed up either way and that I would be here longer, it was my fault, but I wasn't going to tell my pleb classmates that. I couldn't let them know that Kokichi was right about me making mistakes, so with a frustrated groan, I got back to work on the device I had just broke.
If I added some additional functions to this fuckin' thing like I did for Keebo, then we would be more at an advantage. That's what I planned to do, but I was going to keep silent about whatever I was going to add to what used to be a simple device for scattering camera wavelengths. If I said anything aloud, I was sure Cockichi would know about it somehow, so while I loved to rant about how perfect I was and how I altered devices, the altering part had to stay a secret, at least for now.
"This gorgeous girl genius is gonna hide her mistake," I said, "I may be on a time crunch, but I'm just getting fuckin' started! Just wait till I show this baby off once I fix it!"
It didn't matter if I didn't sleep tonight. As stated before, I can stay up for multiple nights in a row if I fuckin' have to, and I will still look hot while doing it. It was one of my charms. I hated taking it easy, and there was no way to stop this work train now. I would continue to tinker and stimulate this piece of work until it was worthy of being invented by someone like me.

Maki's POV:

I spent most of the day observing the situation outside of the Electric Barrier in the Exisal Hanger. My part of the plan was to observe Kokichi to see when he left, and that much was true.
From seeing (y/n) in the hanger bathroom window earlier before nighttime, I knew that I couldn't screw around and wait anymore. Everyone may have been okay with waiting for a perfect moment to strike, but I had what they didn't.
A skill in murder and weapons.
I didn't want to wait and let that bastard get the upper hand. I may have agreed to help the people in the dining hall with their plan go rescue (y/n), but I never said I wasn't going to do anything on my own.
That's what I decided as I left the Exisal Hanger. The sky was dark and littered with stars, the cool air touching my skin. The courtyard remained reminding of what we would have to go through if someone actually died.
I made my way to the stairs to make my way to the area where the school and dormitory was located, climbing up them without breaking a sweat. As soon as I got up there, I found myself taking a moment to stare at the pavilion area where I would train with Kaito, Shuichi, (y/n), and recently Ryoma.
That training regiment that idiot created was the only normal thing I took place in here. Truthfully, I missed it. I missed having a group of friends to train with, but if I had to do it alone, I would.
A moment of me looking at the pavilion led to me doing my nightly training underneath it. Like Kaito would tell us, I did one hundred push-ups, reminding myself that Kaito would procrastinate on them. I didn't even break a sweat while doing so. Training used to be something I disliked greatly, but with my group... it was fun.
I was worried about that idiot, Kaito, and I felt so weird around him. I was also worried about (y/n), and chances were I jeopardized her by even talking to her. A lot was going on. If Kaito were in that situation, I would most definitely be in a rage. So why was I also in a rage for (y/n) too? Chances were I felt like I owed her from her saving Kaito from the fate she was now undergoing.
Once I was done with my training, I had a set list of materials I wanted to grab. I needed a weapon that was quick and hard to dodge. The only thing on my mind happened to be a crossbow. A crossbow would be able to quickly shoot an arrow, and I had the pinpoint skills to use it.
I didn't have to look around for a crossbow considering I had three cases in my Ultimate Lab. I taught Kaito how to put one together, and Shuichi and (y/n) wound up having to take it apart because Kaito was being an idiot and still avoiding them.
I found myself walking to the Entrance Hall doors of the school. Once I entered the school, it was dark, the natural light being somewhat dim in the school. I found the darkness soothing. Maybe it was because I was used to acting at night and staying hidden was important to my talent.
I made my way to the stairs that led to the first floor. My lab was on the second floor, and that was the first place I was going to visit. I had no intention on letting Kokichi live, and I think some of the others knew that well. If I killed him, the game would be over. I knew Rantaro had the same opinion that Kokichi shouldn't live, however I was more of an action type in a situation like this.
Once I got up the stairs to the first floor, I made my way past the Ultimate Labs that had homes on this floor. I knew the staircase was close to Gonta's Lab, so that's where I was headed. Once I got there, I climbed the staircase that led to the second floor. My lab was on the second floor, and the crossbow is what I needed.
Finally getting to the second floor, I made my way to my Ultimate Lab. I walked in there seeing that all of the weapons Kaito took were back. Monokuma most likely cleaned up the gym after Kokichi revealed his identity. All of the hard work Kaito did to gather the weapons to fight Monokuma was able to be reversed in less than a day.
I directed my attention to the area where the black crossbow cases were. I walked over to take one to bring back to my room for the time being. I chose my weapon, but I needed something more to actually kill Kokichi. At least I needed something that would make him talk before killing him.
My mind instantly thought of something that would do those things for me. Poison... I knew most certainly well that Shuichi's Ultimate Lab carried poisons as well as an antidote for each as well. I could find a poison that would match the criteria on what I needed. If I was going to kill Kokichi, I wanted him to talk and reveal every piece of information on his plans. For now though, I was just getting the crossbow.
As soon as my hands clasped the strap of the black bag that held the crossbow, I lifted it up, and quickly exited my lab after that. I wanted to think more on when I could act. Chances were that would be while everyone else was planning their own way to save (y/n). It's not like Kokichi could pay attention multiple plans at the same time, but I was done underestimating that bastard. I had to prepare for anything that could go wrong now.
If things were starting to go south, I could just end him quickly if I'm hidden. I guess I was getting ahead of myself in that matter though. The important thing was to beat Kokichi and rescue (y/n).
I quickly ran through the halls, making my way down the stairs that led to the first floor. I didn't even stop. I continued to run through the first floor to make it to the ground level floor. I was going to take the crossbow to my dorm room, and after that, I was going to get some sleep. I at least needed a few hours of sleep to function, but if I had to, I would keep myself awake. I was trained for a situation like this.
As soon as I made it to the ground level of the school, I made my way to the entrance hall doors before going outside. I didn't look back at all as I ran outside. I needed to go to my dorm and try to get a little bit of extra energy. That's what I intended to do, and that's what I did. I entered the dormitory before entering my room.
I let out a small sigh as I placed the crossbow onto the floor. I plugged in my Electrohammer before sitting on my bed. I had all of these unknown emotions swirling in my head. These emotions seemed to work with my assassin skills in order to protect people I care about. I thought that I couldn't care about anyone anymore, but that obviously changed. That's why I had to help save (y/n). It was obvious I cared about people in this school even if it wasn't what I thought would happen.
Time and time again, these people would shock me. I would find them annoying, but without them there... it felt empty and soulless like my life was before. Those were thoughts I had as I laid myself down on my bed. Things I found annoying were now becoming dear to me. It really did seem that idiot rubbed off on me, and I didn't know how to feel about it.
I closed my eyes, letting myself fall into a cold sleep. None of what I did haunted me anymore. I was still an assassin after all. I could stomach killing others, especially if the reason was to keep the people I care about safe. I couldn't deny that anymore. I was going to save (y/n), even if I had to murder Kokichi to do it.

Hello all I am back from Hiatus at least for now. Kinda depends on how busy I am with my internship. For now though, I am back!

I'm sorry that I didn't update last week. I was busy with moving out of the dorms because it was the end of the the semester. You all know how it is. I am back from school for good. Feels kinda weird to still be writing this after I graduated High School and my associates for baking and pastry.

We have a few different perspectives that were viewed. Miu and Maki. Miu made a mistake though. She won't admit it. We also have a nightmare. I'm gonna stop spitballing and hope you enjoy the update. I'm keeping this short too, but I'm very proud of myself that I've completed some form of degree. See you all next week!- yuki_no_fuyu
