Chapter 12

"What?" Nino asked looking at the direction where Marinette was pointing

 "I saw a drone"

"Really?! so did I, but it was a chimpanzee who was flying!" Chloe said sarcastically 

Nino gave Chloe a look before saying "what she means is that you probably have seen things because you just woke up" 

"you're right" Marinette smiled Before walking in the lobby. She failed to notice a leg sticking out 

"Gah!" 

Nino and Chloe looked at their friend to find her face planting on the ground. 

Chloe helped Marinette while Nino argued with Kim. (He was the one who stuck his leg out)

"hey" a boy with brown eyes and hair spoke smiling sweetly, helping the girls "you guys are the kids who made the...uh....cool sock puppets? I'm from midtown high, queens." 

"Yeah it is ridiculous, utterly ridiculous and we're from college DuPont"

The boy sighed, amused  "yeah it is sorta childish" 

"Yeah, right" a girl snorted "says the boy who plays LEGO"

"Michelle!" The boy squeaked, embarrassed and red in the face.

Marinette laughed " It's nothing to be embarrassed about. My name is Marinette dupain-cheng this is Chloe bourgeois and that's Nino lahiffe."

"I'm Peter Parker, that is Ned, the girl with a lot of attitude is Michelle Jones and the blonde is Gwen Stacy." Peter said pointing to his friends 

"And I'm Flash" a boy exclaimed grabbing the girls hands and kissing them.

Chloe pulled her hand away, wiping it in disgust as Marinette smiled and pulled her hand away gently.

"Ugh! Who the hell are you?!"

"Flash, Flash Thompson." Flash said leaning towards Chloe, smirking 

Chloe glared and pushed his face away "well Flash I want you to get out of here in a "flash" "

"What she means is-" Michelle interrupted "fuck off"

Chloe beamed "I like you"

Flash was about to argue but was interrupted 

"Ok class!" Miss bustiers exclaimed "You-"

Miss Mendeleev clapped her hands interrupting Miss bustier "listen up students! you will go to your rooms in groups of four after collecting your itinerary and when I come up in 2 and a half minutes, you better be in your rooms with the lights out."

The class groaned and complained 

"Don't you think they should roam around? " Ms bustier asked 

"It's late câline and I don't want the kids to come across any sort of supervillan" Ms mandeleviev replied leaving no room for argument 

"We're Having a small party on the roof you can join if you want to" Ned suggested before walking away 

"Yessss" Alya gushed "we can sneak out!"

"You want me to attract lameness and cooties?!. Ridiculous!. Sabrina!- I mean Marinette! Let's go!"

Marinette and Chloe were emptying their suitcases when the door swung open 

Chloe looked up first "Césaire and raincomprix, this is last straw!" throwing a sock puppet towards them

Marinette was internally dying. It had to be Chloe's and her ex-best friend, while she was thankful Lila wasn't rooming with them, she hoped for someone like Michelle or rose.

Alya glared before dragging Sabrina and their suitcases and starting to empty them.

Marinette pressed her ear on the door listening intently 

she heard Ms mendeleviv's door shut, she immediately opened it to find everyone trying to sneak out. Alya shove past her moving towards Lila's direction. Marinette tugged Chloe's jacket 

"Come on Chloe"

"No way" the blonde hissed back.

"Pleeeease" Marinette whined softly giving Chloe her baby doll eyes

"No no, nope, nada, not gonna fall for that" Chloe said looking away 

"..."

".......fine!"

"What's that noise ?!" Ms mendeleviv's muffled voice rung through the hallways 

Chloe immediately opened the nearest door before pushing herself and Marinette in.

"See! That's why I don't want to go to the party!"

Marinette shook her head before realizing something, she slowly turned around to find peter and Ned staring at them.

"Um...hey..I'm really sorry I was trying to sneak out to the party with talking about-"

"Don't worry we were about to head there too" peter smiled "we're gonna take the stairs outside the window"

"Right" Chloe facepalmed, forgetting they had a set of stairs outside their window too.
