"Imagine if he joined hawkmoth" Empress thought out loud

They all gave her a look.

"I just said imagine geez!"

Ladybug suddenly started to pace in circles on the roof, rambling. 

Empress what if you are right? What if he actually betrayed us?-

Drakaina grabbed her shoulders "calm down"

"Yea sure, ok that's easy. I guess?"

"Don't worry" serpent assured her while he

"You're right" LB smiled, but deep down all of them asked themselves 

'how long am I going to give an excuse that has no meaning?'

Next day 

Ms Bustier had asked them to head to the library for an announcement

"Class I'm proud to say that we've won the trip to New York!!!"

Loud cheers erupted from the class 

No way Nino muttered 

"B-But that's- no, no. Sock puppets?! New York chose our class?! The other class made an animation video! Animation!!" Chloé whisper yelled 

"Do you think Lila did something?" Marinette asked 

"That's impossible the New York school board decides all this"Chloe said before yelling out 

"Good thing my parents aren't letting me go. No seeing you for a week is going to be an amazing vacation except Nino and Marinette, of course." 

"But Ms.bourgeois, your parents have already given authorization to go to New York" Principal Democles said looking at her.

"What!!? You're gonna hear from daddykins!!"

"Chloe, Marinette and Nino three letters arrived at school today turns out they are yours"  Ms.Bustier said handing out three letters. 

The trio glanced at each other before takeing and opening their respective envelopes.

Chloe look in the envelope to find nothing

"Did you take anything from here?" She looked at the adults, who shook their heads no.

Marinette saw everybody looking at her, Chloe and Nino.

"Well? aren't you going to read out to us?" Alya asked 

"Uh-no" Marinette deadpanned "Why should I? I mean it's meant for us 3 not for you guys"

Miss bustiers frowned "Marinette can I speak to you?"

Marinette nodded before standing up and following Miss Bustier.

Marinette I understand you're defending yourself but as class president you You have to be a role model and-

Ms Bustier you don't understand they've been bullying me for the past three months and I need help! But you have been taking Lila si-

I'm not taking Lila side! I'm just asking you to be a better role model ! A better class president! I've noticed you've been drifting off in your classes and with your friends.

Marinette sighed "yes Ms bustier"

"New York, New York we'are going to New York~" 

Chloe and Nino shook their heads at  Marinette's antics

Chloe looked at the envelope "Don't you think these letters are weird?"

"Yeah! And who Is T.S?"

"No idea" Marinette frowned 

"What did Ms. Bustier Talk to you about ?" Chloe asked 

"about me being a better role model blah, blah, blah"

"So what happened to your fashion website?" Nino questioned slowly 

Marinette sighed "there are some good comments and there are some bad"

"Why don't you just open another one?"

"For them to find that also? Nuh-uh"

"Then keep it a secret like.....superheroes?" Nino said 

"I mean it's not that people should know your face. You get money for a designing school and they get clothes so it's a win-win." Nino explained

Chloe looked surprised "For once lahiffe you have an amazing idea"

Nino rolled his eyes
