Baby Stressing

Harry's POV
Okay Harry you can do this. It's your child for Christ's sake. Just pick her up and change her. It'll be okay. You got this.

Right?

Fuck why'd y/n have to leave? Seeing your mum isn't that important.

Having a distraught husband who can't do anything without her, THAT'S IMPORTANT

"Okay Darcy, why don't you let me change you and then we can get back to playing. Yeah?" She nods her head quickly and holds her arms up.

God I love this child.

I change her as quickly as I can and we go back to playing. It's now around eight and y/n should be coming home any minute.

"Darcy it's time for bed, come on love"

"NO BED. BED BAD!" She screams running around.

"Darcy Anne Styles! Get back here!" I yell running after her. I catch her and she starts to wiggle in my arms.

"No no no no no no no no. Bed bad daddy! No bed!" She wiggles out of my arms and runs behind the kitchen table. We run back and forth for a few minutes but she always gets away.

She's three and smarter than me.

"Darcy baby come on. You have to go to sleep. Mommy will be home soon. Come on". I say holding out my hand. She hits it away and runs again.

We end up by the couch with her on one side and me on the other. Both yelling things. I didn't even realize y/n came home until I look up and see her with a smile on her face.

"Hi. What's going on here?" She says pointing to the both of us.

"Your daughter refuses to go to sleep. I've been chasing her around for thirty minutes now". I say narrowing my eyes at Darcy who sticks her tongue out at me.

"Darcy Anne Styles I'm going to count to ten and you better be in bed by ten" Y/n says pointing to the bedroom. Darcy takes off. Not before screaming goodnight and I love you.

Are you kidding me?

"Seriously?!" I say throwing my hands in the air and crashing onto the couch.

Y/n walks over to me and kisses my head. "Welcome to fatherhood". She says chuckling.

"We're not having anymore". I say tilting my head up and looking at her.

"Too late Styles".
