All the employees sat in the meeting as Josiah told them the news. Although they heard about it from the tabloids they didn't know if he accepted or not.

"After much thinking, I decided to finally merge both companies together. The construction company will be an asset to our company, it will help in expanding our hotels around" he explained to them.

They all listened attentively not trying to miss and important information.

Josiah looked around at all his employees until his eyes fell on Naomi. She has done everything in her power in order to not make eye contact with him.

"Ms. Campbell can you present the files," he asked her.

"Yes sir," she says standing up and refusing to make eye contact.

Naomi walked around gave each worker a file that all the information.

"In the file that you were just presented, there is a document that is titled Transfer. Three workers will be transferred to one of our newest hotels in France. Your first year of accommodation will be paid by the company and will all be given a house or a penthouse" Naomi said looking through the file.

There was a series of applause through the crowd of workers.

"But you must meet the qualification," she said causing them to groan.

The meeting went on for another meeting until finally, it ended.

"These documents should be in my office by the end of the week. The top candidates will be chosen randomly" Josiah said and left the room.

Sam stopped the recording on her phone and saved it to her files.

Naomi trailed behind Josiah not wanting to be too close to him. They made it to the elevator and stood next to each other silently.

"You do know you will have to talk to me," Josiah said causing Naomi's head to rise.

"I wasn't avoiding you" Naomi lied which made Josiah laugh.

"Yeah and I am married" he stated causing Naomi's head to snap in his direction.

"What?" she asks shocked.

Josiah's lips turned into a smirk as he tried to laugh.

"I thought we were playing a game of lies" he smiled and Noami couldn't help but return the smile.

Hia pearly whites shined when he gave her a dimpled smile.

They finally made it to their floor where Johnathan and his lawyer along with Josiah's lawyer was waiting.

They were here to sign over the company to Josiah and his lawyer would be reviewing the contract.

They both went their separate ways once the made it off the elevator.

Naomi closed the door to her office and let out a breath that she didn't know she was holding.

"Well that went better than expected," she said removing her sweater.

She started doing her work which included organizing and making appointments.

She checked the time and saw that it was almost time to collect Josiah's coffee.

After the incident that happened the first time, she was not shocked when she found out the worker was fired.

Josiah was a big deal around theses area because of his charitable donations and fundings that he made each year.

The owner was not happy when he found out he almost lost his most valuable customer.

She made her way to the lobby where Sam was talking on the office phone.

"Hi," she said with a little wave.

"Hey" Naomi answered but she was not able to stop and chat.

Naomi made her way into the coffee shop hearing the familiar "DING" as she pushed the door open.

"Coffee for Josiah Maelburn," she said and the worker nodded and left.

A few minutes later he made his way back with the coffee and a pastry.

"Thank you," Naomi said leaving the shop.

She made her way back to the building which took a few minutes because there was a long line of traffic at the pedestrian crossing.

She speed-walked to the elevator wanting to make it on time.

She was out of breath by the time she made it to the entrance of his office. She knocked on the door waiting for him to signal her on.

"Come in," he said and she did just that.

"Your coffee," she said once everyone in the room started staring at her.

She made her way around the table, her hands shook as she nervously placed the coffee next to him.

"Thank you," Josiah said and she nodded.

Naomi went back to her office and continued her work until it was time for lunch.

She still had a few numbers to call so she decided to eat after she was finished.

"Yes this is Maelburn Corporation," she said once the call connected.

"Mr. Maelburn is currently on lunch but I can take a message," she said.

"I want to talk to Josiah Maelburn," the man said aggressively.

"I am sorry sir, Mr. Maelburn is on his lunch break but I will be happy to let him know you called," Naomi said and ended the call.

A knock came on her door before it was opened. Sam pushed her head through the opening while showing the To-go bags she was holding.

"You are my savior," Naomi said standing up giving her a hug. Sam placed on the bag in front of her and took the next one.

Noami opened the box and a smile came unto her face. She had cajun shrimp pasta one of her favorite.

"Thank you," she told Sam.

"Your welcome" Sam said with a smirk.

They ate and talked about different things. They even had somethings in common which the only person Naomi had things in common with was her friend Cassy.

Once their lunch break ended they all went back to work.

Naomi made her way to Josiah's office to give him all the paperwork that she completed.

"Mr. Maelburn I have finished all the paperwork. All you need to do is sign your signature so they can be finalized" Naomi told him.

Josiah signed all the paper and Naomi stood in front of his desk waiting.

She couldn't help but let her eyes trail over his body. She watched how focused he was and how he would run his tongue over his lips.

She quickly looked away from him so she won't get caught.

He handed everything back to her so she could drop them off at the faxing room.

Naomi left the office and bumped into the one and only Bianca Kingsly.

"Watch it thief" she snapped.

"Girl you and I both know that you were the one that placed it in my purse. The camera didn't lie" she said causing Bianca's eyes to widen.

"W-what?
