A few days before the demon encounter on the town of Geilra. The Litenians were formally receive into the Kingdom. After paying courtesy calls to the King, the five dukes and Parliament representatives, the Litenians were quick on their feet as they are already discussing high level talks primarily focused on trade, being the traders that they are.

The Litenian Princess along with her top merchantmen immediately delve into the Cardonian markets, on the prospect of which of the thousands of products would become a hit back at their own country.

Azalean Princess Penelope took the opportunity to catch up with her friend, Princess Lylah, by renting out the whole Grand Mall for their own use.

The Litenians were having a field day, they are taking down notes on everything they were seeing. The capitalist Kingdom of Cardonia would be an ideal blueprint for them. How the markets are located on the city, how the stalls were located in the malls and how free the 'free market' is.

"So every goods have seperate tax on them?" Lylah asked.

"Oh yes, If I recall it correctly Prince Andruie mentioned about 'VAT' or something. Their tax system here is complex yet simple, and very efficient if you will compare that to ours or yours." Penelope replied as she browse on the rack of dresses.

"They even have a systemated receipt, which is actually fascinating as it would solve alot of our woes when it comes to commerce." Penelope added.

Lylah was left thinking, but she would rather leave it to her top officials to figure them out, right now she is feasting her eyes on the hundreds of different dresses laid out in front of her.

"Oh, by the way, don't worry about spending. Andruie would take care of it his people would give us a bill that would detail equivalent amount of gold on what we spend on." Penelope added.

Knowing thay she has a capable personal store of gold and silver, Lylah splurge on the different types of clothes present at the mall. And what's more is she is not only getting clothes and dresses for herself but for her whole family also.

ESDEN NAVAL BASE

The Royal Cardonian Navy for the first time would conduct friendly exercises with the Litenian Royal Navy, which is sporting woefully comparable uniforms to that of German or to be exact Prussian, with the trench coat and spike helmets. This has raised concerns and curiosity with naval officers, but they let is slide for the moment as currently, they are here for peaceful business.

Exercises includes sports, in which basketball and football were introduced to the Litenians and they also presented a couple of their own sports. Marksmanship is also on the table, the Cardonians are with their Mauser's and the Litenians with their Mauser's which mimics that of a Gewehr 98, a highly modified one it seems.

This has opened a very interesting story concerning the Litenians. It seems, their uniforms and rifles have come from their great general that dates back at least 200 years ago.

The two Princesses were taking a break on their shopping spree when Prince Andruei joined them.

After finishing his chores like bilateral meetings and his research stuff, he hurried on the mall to catch up with Princess Penelope.

The three were sharing a 'cold delicacy', ice cream, which the two Princess took a great liking. And Cardonia is more than willing to ship tonnes of ice cream to their respective countries much to their delight.
