The day before Christmas

When it's almost 7pm, Adrian fetch me...
"Did you already read the letter that I gave you?" he asked while his attention was on the road.
"You told me not to read it until new year, what do you think?" tanong ko pabalik. He chuckled.
"Just asking, baby, relax..."
"Why were you always calling me 'baby'?"
"Because you're my baby." napa-iling nalang ako sa walang kwenta niyang sagot.
"Okay, Daddy." naka-ngisi kong sagot na ikina-simangot niya.
Wala nang nagsasalita sa amin pero gusto ko paring tumawa dahil sa inakto niya.
'Buti nga sayo!'
I know he read that but he just kept quiet until we got to their house.
He promised he would take me home before 12 am. 'Yon din ang paalam niya sa magulang ko. My family is asking what my relationship is with Adrian and I have nothing else to say but friends.
I honestly don’t know what our relationship is. I just knew in myself that I wanted him.
Yeah, I like him, and I can't deny it. I won't deny it.
It was obvious from my actions that I liked him because of his sweet actions he was showing to me. What I don't know is if he likes me too, because he doesn't say anything to me, he's just nice and sweet to me but he doesn't say anything. Besides, he said before that he loved someone, I can't assume that it was me, because if it was me, he would tell me.
I don't believe in saying 'Action speaks louder than words.' kasi alam niyo na mahirap mag assume. Mayroon talagang taong ipapakita sayo na mahalaga ka, pero ang totoo ay hindi iyon ang nararamdaman nila para sayo.
Nag-iwan din si Adrian ng gifts sa family ko. Syempre natuwa sila kaya yata pumayag sila ng mabilis.
I won't be surprised why he gave us all in the house a presents, because it's obvious, he's rich. Imagine they own two schools, Vampire University in Vampire city and Walker University here, they have other companies in different countries and it looks like it will take us until new year if I mention it one by one.
"Good evening po." I greeted Adrian's parents when we entered their house. They greeted me back and invited us to the dining area for dinner.
"Pasensya na medyo magulo ang bahay, you know marami kaming bisita kanina galing sa Vampire city. Our friends, their children, friends of friends ganun." Tita Gwen said while putting our plates on the table. "I'm sorry I didn't invite you and your family. Adrian told me that you're busy kaya hindi ka na namin inabala, I really want to invite you, but Adrian refused like she owns you, what a jerk." he glared at Adrian, but Adrian just shrugged his shoulder. Tsaka, ang plano talaga namin ay bukas pa, para saktong christmas talaga." she added.
"It's okay po. Tsaka baka ma-out of place lang po ako dahil gaya nga ng sabi niyo na galing Vampire city ang mga bisita niyo." sabi ko naman, nagkibit balikat lang si Tita.
"Okay, let's eat." si Tita.
Sinimulan naman na naming kumain. Maraming handa at hindi na iyon nakakapagtaka dahil sobrang yaman naman nila.
"Ate, can you sleep here?" maya maya'y tanong ni Nephtali na nasa tabi ng Mommy niya.
"Sorry, I can't." I politely refused.
