Hacking the camera of the closest store to the alley was almost too easy.

Now I just have to scan the faces of all people who passed the store and had gone into the alley to find our mystery man.

That also didn't take long. Now the real work began.

This is something I have done many times before, but it was different because I never had to hack into a police station.

Clicking different keys and putting in backup plans and backup plans for the backup plans wasn't easy. It's even harder when you had three non-human psychos breathing on your neck.

I spun around to face them, "I don't know if you Valkyries don't breathe, but I am completely human and I need air and space to breathe and do my work."

"Oh, sorry," Jody replied and they all moved back a little. Turning back to my work, I continued typing, making sure to throw in a fake location in case all my backups don't work, so they can't track me down.

When I was done with that I put in a virus to standby if all the backups fail, and they are close to finding me, they will have to retreat to prevent a virus from corrupting their system. I hope it doesn't get to that point, I don't want to lose another laptop. I haven't even gotten a new iPhone yet!

Smiling at my work, I turned around only to be met by three sets of confused faces.

I grinned widely at them. It feels so good to be the only one not confused for once.

"So, let me explain. I hacked the camera of the store closest to the alley to get his image into my computer. Then, I hacked the police station system because they have access to everyone's data and all cameras in the state which can tell us who Mr. Mystery is and where he is now. So we just have to wait- it might take some time but it's the only way for now. I don't know about you but I am hungry let's head downstairs for breakfast "

I could tell they still didn't completely understand what I said, but they just nodded and followed me down.

Upon getting to the kitchen, I placed my laptop on the counter, picking up the landline, and ordering pizza, "Until the food arrives, can I ask you guys some questions?"

"Yeah, go ahead."

"Ok, you mentioned the 'elders' sending you here and something about auras. Can you explain what exactly you mean by elders and auras?"

"The elders are our leaders. They are the most powerful Valkyrie and they pass messages from the Deity to the valkyries. They communicate to the Deity an-"

"Wait, what's, uh... 'dayti'?"

"It's 'Deity', and that is our God."

"Auras, on the other hand, are the identity of our gifts. The stronger your power, the stronger the aura. So they put in the aura of the power orb in our senses to make finding it easier."

As Jody explained everything, I couldn't help but wonder how fascinating they were. I was intrigued, I wanted to know more.

"But wait, am I the only one that can see you? How come Clara couldn't see you?"

"Ok, about that. It was just an illusion. Meg here entered her mind, and made her believe we were not there."

"Woah! Thank God! I thought I was mad," I said laughing softly, and Jody joined me. Even Wulf's lips tilted to the side just a tiny little bit!

"So what exactly is your gift?" I turned to Meg.

"I can control minds, read minds, and communicate through minds. You could even say that I have mind power."

"Damn, that is amazing!"

If I had that power, I think I would first shut Clara and her Barbie friends' mouths. Then I would happily make the angry psycho dance.

I could just imagine it all. It'd be so hilarious! I couldn't help but laugh out loud. Everyone except Meg looked at me weirdly.

Oops... I forgot that the weapon psycho- Meg- could read minds. I looked at her and smiled sheepishly.

"So, what about you Jody? Can you do that disappearing judo thingy again please?"

She was smiling as usual.

"I'll do something even better."

She kept looking at me as if she was expecting something, a reaction I guess. I was confused, then she gestured around the kitchen. Only... it wasn't my kitchen, it was my room! What?! We were all in my room, sitting. Weren't we just standing around the counter? Huh?!

Oh my god! The counter was in my room.

"Oh my god!" I screamed.

"Oooh! So cool!"

I was laughing like a lunatic, I couldn't believe it.

Then we were back in the kitchen and the counter was back too, thank God. Just then, the doorbell rang. Oh, the pizzas have arrived.

After paying for the pizzas, I came back smiling widely. "Food's here!" I announced.

I dropped the two oversized pizzas on the counter. One was chicken fajitas and the other was hummus and grilled zucchini, with taco toppings.

Taking the first bite, I moaned at the deliciousness of the mixture of flavors. I looked around and noticed they were not eating.

"Hey, I can't finish all these by myself, you know. Dig in!"

It was Wulf that took the first bite. Closing her eyes, she released a loud moan too, which made me laugh. After that, they were all convinced and dug in. They literally dug into the pizza. Damn, it's either that they were extremely hungry or they had never tasted pizza before or both.

"Wow, I'm so full. I think I can go a week without eating."

Looking at Wulf, I asked, "Hey Wulf, you didn't tell me what your gifts are."

Smirking at me, she picked up a spoon from the counter, put it in her mouth, and bit hard.

"Huh? What the hell?!"

She took it out of her mouth. It was bent. Did she twist a spoon?

"Umm... you have strong teeth?" I asked. Jody started laughing.

She glared at me, then picked up the spoon again and used her two fingers to bend the spoon.

Wow. I didn't want her to feel bad about her powers so I stood up clapping and smiling widely. "Wow, that's great! You can bend any type of spoon in any way." Wow...

Jody burst into a peal of uncontrollable laughter. Even Meg smiled! If it wasn't for the situation around me, I would have smiled at that. But right now? Wulf was blowing up.

She stood up, walked to my microwave. What the hell was she doing? She picked it up and crushed it with her hands.

"Oh nooo!"

She wasn't done yet. She went to the small, circular wooden table at the side, balled her hand into a tight fist, and broke it in half.

I couldn't even move. I was shocked! And nope, she still wasn't done. I couldn't move until I saw where she headed.

"Noooo! Not my fridge," I shouted. "Stop, stop! I get it, you are strong, so very strong. Too strong, even. Please, not my fridge. He's my best friend!" I cried out.

She stopped, turned back to me, and smirked. Then she turned back to the fridge and punched it.

Well... let's just say, that was the end of my fridge. You'll be missed dearly, my sweetest friend.

Just then my laptop beeped. Running to it, I checked it and gasped.

"Our mystery man is no longer a mystery. I guess we will be heading to New York City."

Hello, my psycho lovelies,

I guess we shouldn't anger our angry psycho or our kitchen will be destroyed.

Till next time.
