You were going through (insert name) City, but as you were coming in, some people were running in, they look startled and afraid and as soon as they got to officer Jennie, one spoke of a Pokémon or a person, they weren't quite sure, but they knew that they weren't normal. They described them as a small child, appeared to be about a toddler, with a pikachu tail. Would you go talk to them, maybe go after the creature yourself, or ignore it?
