I've never done a Alpha and Omega scenario before, so I tried my best here, but basically in this one, two alphas (We'll chose who later), One omega, and One Beta. The Alphas will be trying to get the Omega as their mate, whether they're male or female, the Beta is kind of someone who will intervene when things get too dangerous between the Alphas and the Omega. When the Omega goes into heat though (This will happen whether it's a girl or a guy) things get thrown into complete chaos as both Alphas try to get to the Omega. This can be a specific ship of YGO Character X OC. It's all up to you. ^ ^
