~Your POV~

I gotta say, being in Obelisk Blue does have it's perks. For one, the food is very high class. They have everything! Appetizers, Main course meals, desserts, you name it. It's like the guy whoever built Duel Academy was a fan of Obelisk. I wonder why?

The next thing were the rooms.
My room number was 102. I entered my room and I was amazed.
It was so beautiful with Blue and White walls. I was like a princess in a castle only this castle is one room. We have our own bathrooms, had a TV, a single bed, a balcony too, no roomates and to top it off a chandelier on the ceiling.

I sat all my stuff down on the floor next to my bed and layed down on my bed.
I turn my head towards a little table next to my bed to see an alarm clock but also a folded piece of paper. I reached over and grabbed it. I held it up and read it aloud.

"Dear Obelisk Blue Student, I'd like to personally congratulate you on becoming a student at Duel Academy. Also achieving the rank as Obelisk Blue, the highest rank there is at Duel Academy. Furthermore, you must achieve greatness to become someone, such as myself, and where to start but here. The road is long and the obstacles will be tough but if you pull through, the reward is grand.

-Sincerely, Seto Kaiba"

That was nice of Kaiba to say.
My dad would say that Kaiba gets frustrated at every little thing but I can understand... It's business.

There was a knock at my door.
I answered it and saw a guy with Blue hair and wearing an Obelisk Blue Uniform.
"Are you (Y/N) Anderson?" The guy asked me. I nodded.

"Alexis sent me to tell you class will start soon. I suggest you start getting ready." He said, he then started to walk off.
I wanted to make as much friends as I can so I told him to, "Hey! Wait up!"

Luckily the guy stopped and turned to see me trying to catch up to him. I finally did and we walked together to class.

As we were walking outside the Obelisk Blue dorm. Me and him just kept walking in silence. I peeked at him a couple of times but he just kept on having this blank stare. It was kinda akward so I wanted to break the silence.
"So, how do you like our dorms?" I asked him. He shrugged and said, "It's alright." Soon after the akwardness was back so I asked him another question, "Which room number do you have?"
"Room 107. Why?" He asked.

We continued to talk while walking, "Room 107? That right across my room. Looks like we'll be seeing each other a lot." I said with excitement and joy.
He signed, "I hope not."
"Excuse me?" I said with disgust.
I may be nice but that can change when someone disrespects me or someone close to me.

The guy smirks and chuckles a little leaving me confused, "I'm kidding." He said. He'd better be. We then finally arrive at the steps of Duel Academy.
"Well here we are. See you around." The guy said casually walking up the steps.

"Wait!" I shouted, He stopped again and turned towards me, "I want to thank you for the walk but I don't even know your name..." I said and he smiled a little.

"It's Zane." He shouted and walked up the steps again. Looks like i'll be seeing Zane a lot. I'm sure he's a good duelist, and can be a good friend to have.

I was now in my first class. Something called, Duel Alchemy? What's that?
I sat down in my seat getting out my pencil and journal to take notes.
I was surprised to hear a familiar voice, "Hey, what's up?" I looked up and saw the same brown haired boy but with a red jacket on. "It's you. Jaden right?" I said. He put his finger and middle finger together then pointed at me with a large smile on his face, "Gotcha."

I then saw a boy run up next to him panting, "Hey Jay. If you were going to run off like that just to see her you should have told me." The boy with Blue hair and glasses said, he then saw me looking surprised, "Hey, your the girl that beat me."

Jaden then looked at him surprised also, "You mean she's the girl that you dueled during the Entrance exam, Syrus?" Syrus put his head down and pouted, "Yeah... and my big brother was watching." I felt sorry for Syrus. I'm sure he wanted to impress his older brother, whoever he was. He looked so sad, I couldn't help but blame myself for his sadness. I was about to get up and hug him but Jaden stepped in, "It's ok Syrus. I bet you dueled your best out there." Syrus then signed, "If you say so..." Syrus then went to sit down in his seat with the other Slifer Red students.

"So, what deck do you play? No wait don't tell me. I wanna be surprised when we duel." Jaden asked me, "You want to duel me?" I said, "Sure. You look like a tough Duelist." I blushed a little looking down so he wouldn't see my light pink cheeks.

Jaden then had a puzzled look on his face, "Hey wait a sec. I don't even know your name." I looked up and starred into his brown eyes, his cute face in wonder, wondering of who I was. I got up and shook his hand, our hands touched. "I-im (Y/N)." I said hesitantly. I did tell him my name before. I guess he forgot.

We just kept starring into each other's eyes. What's wrong with me? What am I feeling?

The teacher finally came in the room and announced for everyone to take a seat and that made me and Jaden stop staring at each other. Jaden let go of my hand then scratched the back of his head and smiled at me, "(Y/N). That's a cool name." I rubbed my arm out of shyness, "Thanks."

We heared the teacher say something to Jaden, "Would you care to share with the class of what your telling Ms.Anderson, Jaden?" I then looked at Jaden and Jaden turned to the teacher like he was hiding something, "Nope. Nadda, Professor Banner." Jaden let out a nervous laugh and the teacher smiled and moved his hand suggesting that he should take his seat. He did.

While the teacher was introducing himself as Professor Banner, I couldn't help but stare at Jaden. I saw him fall asleep on his desk and I chuckled a little.

A-am I... In love?
