Update Info: Next Chapter and Popularity Poll

As of now, chapter 18 of volume 4 is about ready to be posted. 

Kevin, the guy who heckled me to do the poll (and set up the doc for it), has promised to make the art to present the results. So, I may have to give him time to complete that, as I plan to release the results with the new chapter. 

The chapter may be a bit shorter than the past few chapters, which I hope to maintain (for the most part) so not so much stuff is happening every single chapter to the point of pushing 20k words. 

I mean, it's still long, but like...not long for me (a short chapter for me is below 10k words...which is around 20 pages, y'all should give yourself a pat on the back, you sure do a lot of reading when you read my stuff). 

Anyway, I just wanted to give this update so you knew I wouldn't be going on hiatus for, like, another year, as I expect to update chapter 18 by the end of the month (December), IE, before the end of the year.

I also wanted to remind you to vote if you haven't already, and I'll post the link in the comments here if you haven't. The link is also on the wiki.
