Marigold has a fetish for shaving. She doesn't understand why, but she just likes to watch a man shave. In the mornings Liddan would shave and she'd sit on the toilet and pretend to paint her nails or something while she just watched. He never figured it out, and was oblivious to it even when they started to date.
The fetish dates back to when she was younger (but still a teen). Once Chase and Basil both spent the night at their house and in the morning, Chase went into the bathroom and began to shave. The door was cracked and Marigold passed it, glancing inside to see Chase. He was in the middle of shaving his face and Marigold stood outside the bathroom for three minutes just watching him. She'd been obsessed since. But it was the only time she ever considered Chase even remotely attractive.
