Calum couldn't say he was surprised that Luke never showed, though he was a slight bit disappointed in being stood up; especially when all he really wanted was to sit and watch pathetic movies with his best mate.

But instead he was sitting in a back booth in some ice-cream place on his own whilst everyone else inside chatted with at least one other person over ice cream. He didn't really have the intention of going home just yet, so wasting a few hours on his phone didn't sound too bad of an idea.

It was after sending what felt like the millionth text message to Luke, he managed to get a message of his own.

Luke had either turned his phone off or was constantly hanging up on him.

He just hoped Luke was okay, wherever that damn blond was.
