I went over Shihye's today and invited her over to the police station. I had told my parents about the unsolved case yesterday and researched about Cheon Jinsoo's father's business.
I played her my recording from yesterday and told her that I know she knows something about it. She was quite hesitant to answer, but pulled out her phone and showed me a picture of Jinsoo's uncle that she drew on a summer day. The date she took it was the day Kai's family was killed. She was right. I don't believe her.
She told me that the one behind Kai's family's killing is also part of the threatening of her parents of retirement if they couldn't convince Kai and her that they're siblings.
My mother invited her to the questioning room for further information.
