"Halle" someone called from behind her. they had been back at school for two weeks. April hadn't left her mother's side since she started to go down hill on Christmas day.

Halle turned to come face to face with Ian. oh handsome Ian, kind, good hearted, smart Ian. God Halle answer the boy, she yelled at her self. in her head not out loud that would have been a bit weird.  oh well

"oh hey Ian" Halle said tucking her hair behind her ear

"Hiyya. Halle I was wondering if you well want to go to hogsmeed with me?" Ian asked hopefully

"I'd love too." Halle blushed. "um meet at 10?"

"sure at the entrance " Ian said. Halle kissed his cheek and skipped off.

halle lay on her bed smiling like mad. she halle potter, Gryffindor and seeker was going on a date with Ian summers ravenclaw, chaser and all round good looking guy. he was around the spot where sirius, James and remus all sat on Hogwarts best looking guys list.

she couldn't believe it and started jumping around the room. she began to sing

"Ian asked me to hogsmeed " Halle said gleefully. they heard a squeal behind them and turned to see Alice. she looked about ready to pass out.

"what happened?" Lily asked in confusion.
