"Y/n," Finn says, waking you up.
You check the clock. It's 3:30am.
"Finn I'm sorry babe but I'm really not in the mood to-,"
"No, no. That's not it." Finn interrupts.
"Well what's wrong?" You ask, rolling over to face him.
"I had a really bad dream. I just want you to hold me."
You wrap Finn in your arms and kiss him.
"Babe of course I'll hold you. Do you want to talk about your dream?" You ask, running your hand through his hair.
"I don't want to talk that much about it, but basically we got divorced."
"Finn you know that would never happen in real life. I love you more than anything."
Finn hugs you tightly. "I know, it just really scared me. It showed me how bad it would be if it did happen."
"Well you have nothing to worry about. I'd be stupid to leave the most amazing person in the world." You kiss him again.
"You can't see me cause it's dark but I'm blushing like an idiot right now." Finn says.
You laugh. "I wish I could see you with your face all red."
"It wouldn't be very cute."
"You liar. You're adorable as hell."
"Nu uh."
"Yes huh." You prod Finn in the rib.
"Okay, okay fine you win."
You rest your head on Finn's shoulder.
"Are you gonna be able to fall back asleep babe?" You ask.
"Maybe if you rub my back and kiss me to sleep."
"You got it."
You start to gently rub Finn's back and sneak in a couple kisses on his neck.
You can't see him but you know he's smiling.
After a few minutes he fell asleep and you continued to hold him.
"Goodnight Finnie."
