As much as you love Finn, you prefer to shop alone. Anytime Finn comes along, the five to six things you really needed for home turn into twenty items of absolute absurdity.
"When have we ever bought or needed a three pack of peanut butter?" You ask Finn, who was carrying just that in his arms with a goofy smile.
"C'mon babe. We use peanut butter all the time."
You give Finn a "really?" kind of look.
"That's enough peanut butter to feed the homeless."
"Well lets feed the homeless then!"
"Finn..."
"What?"
You sigh and motion for him to put it back.
"Now we can shop for the stuff we actually came here for." You push the cart toward the produce section. "Can you grab me three apples and two oranges?"
Finn nods. You grab carrots, lettuce, and tomatoes and put them in the cart.
You see Finn walk back towards the cart and put some things inside.
"Thanks babe. Wait.." you pull out a weird looking fruit.
"It's a dragonfruit." He says.
"A what?"
"A dragonfruit. I've always wanted to try it. Can we get it please please please?" Finn begged.
"Ughhh Finn," you half-laugh.
"What's up with you?" He asks.
"You just tend to uh, buy stuff that we don't need. That's all. It's really not a big deal. Just put the dragonfruit in there."
Finn frowns. "I do not do that!"
You raise an eyebrow. "Mhm. Then what about that weird Japanese soda that we ended up with last time?"
"Yeah, I guess you're right. But I'm sorry. Like, really really sorry. I didn't mean it."
"I know you didn't." You give him a kiss and mess up his hair. "Now lets finish this up and go home."
