"To keep One For All going throughout your whole body. If you can move while maintaining that, then you'll be completely different when the sports festival starts. Now, what will you do?" Gran Torino ask as Midoriya was trying to move his body, Gran Torino took out a time watch.

"We'll start with three minutes." He press the start button.

"Three... minutes...?"

"Try getting a hit on me in that time!" He said while stretching his body before he disappeared like last time, but this time, even more faster.

He kick his back which Midoriya grunted. "Crap, he dodged!" Izuku said as he was desperately trying to find Gran Torino, but his speed was too fast for his eyes to follow.

"Pathetic. If you can't even react to this, then you won't able to save those that could be saved." he said from his behind, Midoriya turn around and his head was kicked by Gran Torino's hits which he stumbled back.

"Someone extolled as the Symbol of Peace would be able to get over this wall in a jiffy!" He said as Midoriya tried to spread One For All throughout his entire body.

"One For A—." He was cut off when Gran Torino punch his left cheek, deactivating the process.

'It'll take time to get it going through my whole body again... A single hit doesn't pack much punch, except 20%, but he's too fast to follow with my eyes! Then, I just need a little!'He thought before he hide under the couch.

"Don't be stupid! I can still see you! You won't be able to but time like that!" He launched himself at the sofa, the sofa was launched at him which he jump away from it, Midoriya active One For All and spread it throughout his entire body.

"You were trying to get me to stop moving, huh? You got me..." Gran Torino said as Midoriya jump up, and he got ready to slash him.

'One For All... Full Cowling!' He tried to slash Gran Torino but he dodged it which send air pressure on the empty cans that collapsed.

'That's the same as last time, kid!' Gran Torino thought and tried to pin Midoriya on the ground, much to his surprise, Midoriya disappear above him.

He landed on the celling and jump down, getting ready to grow him. 'Smash!' Gran Torino dodge it, surprising him.

'He can dodge this?!' Izuku thought before Gran Torino headbutt his stomach, sending Izuku to a wall, deactivating Full Cowl and he collapse in the ground.

"Three minutes." Gran Torino said and stop the timer.

"Dang it... It's hard to just to keep it going... I've still got a long way to go..."

"No, you were able to attack me when I was unguarded through analysis and prediction. You think about a lot of stuff normally, don't you, kid?" Gran Torino said and turn away. 'Just since yesterday you've already changed a lot with just one attempt...' He wipe away the blood off his left cheek that had a small scar.

'You made me dodge seriously for the first time in a while. This kid might become a monster.' He thought, looking at Midoriya.

"All right, now you've gotta get used to it! Let's keep going."

"But before that, now that I think about it, we still haven't had breadfest yet." Gran Torino said which Nana glance toward the taiyaki on the table, much to her surprise, the taiyaki was on the ground.

'Oh, shit...'

"We haven't!"

"So go heat up the taiyaki again!" He cheerfully said and walk toward he table, Nana step away, revealing the taiyaki on the ground which made Gran Torino face went upset.

"THEY FELL!"

"I-I'LL GO BUY MORE!"

After he got out of the apartment, he was running down the street, feeling that he'll do good when the sports festival started.

'I've still got a long way to go, but I could see the light! One For All: Full Cowling... I'll definitely make it my own!'

It was the sixth day of Midoriya's training, the next day would be his final day before heading back home, to meet his mother and bath, eat and heading toward the sports festival tournament.

"Come on, Midoriya! You gotta do better than that!" Nana shouted as she dodge a 20% Full Cowl punch, she punch his stomach so hard that caused him to gasp for air, he deactivated Full Cowl and clutched his injured stomach.

"Meh, about 50%." She shrugged which Midoriya got up, still holding his stomach. "Giving up already? You should know better, kid..."

"No! I'm not giving up! I want to win, I want to become the number one hero! I want to save everyone with a smile! In order to do that, I must work harder than anyone! Come at me with everything you've got, Nana!" He shouted, determination on his eyes and Nana watched in amazement.

'Toshinori is right... This kid is amazing.' She thought before she smile widely.

"Alright, don't hold back!" She lung toward him which Midoriya active One For All: Full Cowl 20% as they thrust their right hand back.

They punch each of these hand which creates shockwaves, they were at a park which no one was there. Nana grab his hand and toss him at a tree, Midoriya crash on to the tree and he grunted from the pain. He got up and dash toward Nana which she charge up 74%.

Midoriya was about to dodge the incoming punch, but much to his surprise, Nana uppercut the air instead of him which the shockwaves hit him and he groan in pain. He collapsed on the ground, deactivating Full Cowl 20%.

"We'll call it a day. You did very well. I'm sure that you will win the sports festival!" She proudly said as she help him get up.

"Y-Yeah... It appears so..." He weakly said before he winch at the pain on his stomach.

"Still hurt?"

"No, but that shockwaves I took was painful..." She sigh before bridal style carry him, making the green hair boy to blush.

"I'm carrying you because I overdid it. Sorry." She apologize.

"No... I got too excited when I finally able to activate 20%." Midoriya said and they both laughed.

"Midoriya. Have you ever like someone?"

The comment really made Midoriya blush furiously, he was not ready for this answer.

"U-U-Um... I-If I tell you this... please don't tell anyone." Nana nodded.

"It's... Yaoyorozu..."

"Who's Yaoyorozu?" She ask, now she was really curious about who this lucky girl was.

"Maybe I'll you tell you later when we get back!" He shutters and Nana giggled.

"All right. Let's go back, Gran Torino bought us some pizza."
