"The limbs will what?!" He screamed in terror and he furiously shake his head. "Then... I'm picking up trash to train my body...?" All Might nodded and thumbs up. "Yes!" He said before Midoriya face slowly turn into fear.

"W-W-WAIT! I JUST USE ONE FOR ALL TWO DAYS AGO!! SO THAT MEANS-."

"Calm down, cutie. I have another Quirk called Painrance, this Quick allows me to endure pain. Plus, the more I felt pain, it'll strengthen my body and afterwards to endure more pain. It's a like the combination of Painless and Endurance. Also, this Quirk can strengthened up your bone." Midoriya nodded. "And since I given you 50% One For All and Painrance by making you eat my hair, you should able to use the power without taking a massive and yet dangerous injuries."

"But let's put that aside. After some research on the internet yesterday," He walk toward the fridge while Nana was drinking her ice orange soda. "I discovered that part of this beach park's coast has been like this for many years." He was in front of the fridge as he use his index finger knuckle to touch it which it causes the fridge side to have deep and big dent. Midoriya got up and look around.

"Yeah... For some reason, because of the currents, objects drifted here a lot, and people take advantage of that to hide their illegal dumping. The local residents don't come near here, either."

"Heroes these days are all after the showy stuff. Originally, being a hero meant doing volunteer service. Even if people called that boring or whatever. You can't waver from those roots." All Might said while he slowly push the fridge to the ground as Midoriya watched in awe by the sheer power of All Might.

Then the fridge was destroyed same with the pile of trash that was behind him, sending out winds and the sun hitting on them. "You will restore the horizon for this whole section," He then look at Midoriya. "that is your first step toward becoming a hero!" Midoriya gasp a little as he look around.

"My first step...? Clean... this... All of it?!" Midoriya said in shocked and he got up.

"Midoriya, you want to go to U.A., right?" Nana said and Midoriya nodded. "Yes! Because it's where All Might went! So if I'm going to go... I thought... it would definitely have to be U.A...."

"You're a go-getter fanboy!" All Might laugh and Midoriya chuckle before All Might look at the sun that is about to come out.

"But I've told you this before, it's not something you can do without a Quirk. It's sad, but that is what the reality is, and U.A.'s is the hardest hero course to get into. In other words—." He was cut off when Midoriya finished what he said. "in ten months until U.A.'s entrance exam, I have to complete my vessel!" All Might turn around as he had a pages of paper of his hand.

"That's where this comes in! I came up with this: "Aim to Pass: American Dream Plan"!" He said as he gave Midoriya to read all the papers.

After nine months of hell, All Might and Nana both step out of the red car as Nana was wearing a grey t-shirt, black pants, black boots and black jacket.

They heard Midoriya's scream as they look up and saw Midoriya screaming and roaring and were completely god-smacked by the mountain of trash he is standing at, the beach was so clean that you could describe it as one of the beautiful beach in the world.

"Hey, hey, hey... He even cleaned outside of where I told him to! Seriously?! There's not even a speck of dust left! Seriously?! He finished in just nine months. More than perfectly!" All Might said in shocked and awe as Nana was completely surprised that Midoriya was able to cleaned this in mine months. It would take at least two years to clean the whole section of the beach.

"Oh my... Oh my... GOODNESS!" All Might shouted happily as he turn into his muscle form as Midoriya began to wobble and falls down but All Might caught him.
